Instead of 3 (three) hours, the mice took 4 hours. The movers told us we did not need to update the website, just give them $75 cash (no credit card) for the additional hour. Seemed a little odd, but overall they did great job. We additionally tipped them $20 cash for each mover 2 (two guys).
