I booked a company called Smith Movers through the Uhaul website on Tuesday. I called them (Smith Movers) to ask a question and ended up having to leave a message. I also sent them a message through their Facebook page to which their only reaponse was "what is your question" then never answered me. I called and left another message around noon on Thursday (2/23) and its noon on Friday and I still haven't heard anything back. I prefer not to work with a company with poor customer service and inability to return calls and/or messages.

I am completely disappointed with your service. At first I was told the movers were running and hour behind, then the adjusting the new time to an "I don't have a time for when we will show up". When asked to speak to the manager to confirm new times so that I could plan the remainder of the move accordingly I was contacted by an angry man who was assiting the current move which was causing them to miss mine. He immediatley got on the phone and flew off the handle at me. Yelling about how I was the one causing the first move to be so behind because I was demanding an explaination and new timing. He then proceeded to threaten me and say that as far as he was concerned my job was cancelled and he wouldn't be showing up. He was enraged and competely unprofessional. When asked that he please call me when he had the time to let me know when I could expect them he snickered and said "yes" then hung up. I do not expect a call and further I am cancelling this job through the website. They are

Though traffic caused them to arrive 45 minutes late, I never saw two guys work harder. They were practical and had a time saving technique to wrap full drawers in place before moving bureaus. Great!!
