Mover was unloading my container. During one instance he dropped a dining room chair in front of me and the leg broke. The owner immediately assured me that he would contact the claims department for a repair or some sort of resolution. After three days I had not received an update I called him, and he stated it would take 3-5 business days. After not receiving an update after 7 days, I called him and he ignored my calls and stopped answering me. He damaged my furniture, lied to me, and deceived me. Poor customer service.

Thank you for you feedback, but we assure you no one lied to you. Though we assured you of our repair or replace policy. You wanted $90 for the leg of a chair that was not even broken just had a Crack. We could not oblige and you never responded to the claims email that was sent. So for that we will reach back out again but you must respond to the claims email for the claim to be fulfilled as stated by the Moving Profesional on-site.

The only complaint that I have is that one of my dresser handles was lost during the move. I found the screws, but no handle. Over all, it was a great experience. But I would have been happier if the movers told me about the missing dresser handle.

However, I did find some noticeable and deep scratches on my footboard and corner of my dresser, which weren't there before the move. I've got to tell you, these guys were good. I had gotten a truck smaller than expected (17 ft Vs 20) and they worked diligently to fill it. Not many people would have been able to pack it like that.
