• The movers were nice and efficient, but not organized with packing. Also with loading, they loaded the wardrobe boxes at the bottom and heavy stuff on the top. When I got my trailer today, these wardrobe boxes were smashed and caused everything to fall forward which made it very dangerous when the unloading movers removed the Bulkhead and boxes were about fall on them.

• The most reckless movers I've ever experienced. Several discontinued and very expensive Herman Miller credenzas were ruined during the move. They were turned upside down and dragged across the uhaul ramp without any protective measures, destroying the top surface and edges beyond repair. I'm complet

• Extremely disappointed ... movers were supposed to be at location at 2:30pm and they never showed up. I called at 3:15 and Jarrell the owner had no clue where his crew was. After a call back they said they could be there by 4:30pm. Poor communication, no accountability and ultimately told Jarell no thanks. I unloaded the 15' truck myself. Taylor and Son, who I hired in PA for the load, were 3 hours late, but they kept me updated every step of the way, so I could plan accordingly. Handy Relocations was unacceptable service on the day of the move, after I confirmed with Jarrell at 9:30am that I would be there at 2:30pm and he said "see you then". If he or his crew would have communicated with me, there would have been zero problem.

• I had been in contact with the movers stating that I would be in Detroit by 5:30, and later updated them saying closer to 6. The response I received stated they were at another job and would notify me when they were on their way. I tried calling when I arrived at 5:46 but did not receive a response until 7:30 when I had completed the majority of the move and no longer required them. The response stated the mover was an hour away but would be going towards me after (which would mean he would arrive after the city curfew of 8pm). As such, I did not receive help for my move and replied stating I would not require their help.

• One hour before the schedule time I got a message from the moving helper saying they had an emergency and will not be able to show up until after the time I had to return the truck. I informed I will cancel the work and ask my payment back, which he told me to proceed. I had to move all my stuff by myself. • The mover texted me at 4:58 yesterday afternoon and told me he did not handle my area although he keeps coming up under my area for coverage. I have had surgery and have to family help to help me that is why I used your services. The vendor had four days to let me know before hand and he wait to the last minute and the last day. Which is not right. He needs to be penalized for having put me through this. I have spent over four hours on the phone with your customer service people and getting no answer and when someone did answer and promise to come back I was left for an hour on hold and disconnected.
