I ordered two men to unload furniture and boxes from a moving trailer and three strong guys showed up. They were very experienced and excellent workers. The project was scheduled for two hours but everything was completed in 90 minutes and exactly as I wanted. These guys are very professional and motivated. The moving company confirmed with me the evening of the night before they were due to arrive. On the morning of their arrival, they canceled the job stating that they were all suddenly sick. They did say they were working on helping me find a replacement and then I heard nothing more from them. We were in a panic as to what to do, especially with a rental truck reserved and a deadline to return. We ended finding other help. In the meantime, my husband called this company to complain and was told that they were "suddenly" on their way, but were canceling because he was upset. This was an extremely poorly managed situation by this moving company. It left us in a terrible situation. I want my complaint to go on file for Jerry and his moving service.

This company communicated throughout the process, was on time, knew what they were doing, did it well, and even swept out the truck for us. The only ding is that the inside of the moving truck smelled like smoke afterward. They handled our stuff very well and fit a 26' moving truck in a 20' storage unit, which is magic, I think. These guys are the best. I wanted to have everything set up for when they got here, but life said no. My uhaul got stuck in the snow and without hesitation they helped me get it out and moved my car transport so it wouldn't happen again. After that they moved so quickly and efficiently with packing my uhaul and got everything done so fast. No hassle for me, whenever they needed anything they asked and I let them know and they got it done. It was hands down the best experience I've had. Moving Helper called 20 + times prior, as mileage was wrong. U-Haul told me it didn't matter. I had to agree to pay lots of addition $ at pickup + buy rope. It increased $'s way over other bids.

I was told by U-Haul staff in WA it takes half the time to unload as it does to load. It took two extra hrs to unload my truck...I don't have enough space to state why I feel this happened.

Normally unloads are quicker, we had to sort a 26' truck, reload the storage items, take them to a 2nd location and arrange it into a smaller unit. It didn't help that I had pneumonia. I apologize!

Strong out of the gate, but faded down the stretch. Had to repack the last 1/3 of the truck because they ran out of time and just "threw" in the last items. Not impressed with the pack job at all.
