• I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this moving company. From the beginning, he was rude and unprofessional while packing my items. His condescending tone was completely uncalled for, and despite claiming to have years of experience in the moving industry, his work reflected the opposite. What should have been a simple 2–3 hour move turned into an all-day nightmare. To make matters worse, he lost the lock that was securing my belongings. He became verbally aggressive while demanding the payment code. The code is only to be given once the service is fully completed, but he insisted on getting it prematurely. I recently received the boxes that were packed and unfortunately, many of my belongings arrived damaged. Items were not packed securely, and I have photos showing the extent of the damage unfortunately I cannot show them. Very disappointed with the lack of care in handling my things. Would not recommend based on this experience.

  This customer created a hostile work environment so I left notes that I would not continue. The customers daughter begged me to return and promised in writing that no bad review would be left if I finished the job. I only completed the job under those terms. Four months later the customer left a bad review which breaks the written agreement. This review was not left in good faith. It was a deliberate lie designed to manipulate me into finishing the work under false promises. This is bad faith and fraud which is outside the intent of unbiased customer feedback.

• The movers were absolutely phenomenal. Called before arriving, arrived on time. Worked quickly, and very careful with my things. The company itself does not refund for time not used. A little difficult to guage how much time would be needed. I ordered 5 hours, they finished in about 4. But the movers themselves were great and I still tipped them even so!

He took great care to handle my furniture so as not to cause any damage or scratches.. He unloaded my box quickly. He proved to be a hard worker who cares about his customers and cares about the quality of services he provides. I had difficulty booking moving help through movinghelp.com due to glitches on the system. If you have trouble definitely call the number listed for help. They were able to get me booked quickly. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for moving help. I will definitely use him again.

• These guys were A M A Z I N G !!! They showed up on time & was very patient & professional. I had underestimated the amount of items I had in my storage and was worried that it all wouldn’t be able to fit in my UBox. They assured me it would all fit, and they executed the job. • Matthew and his guys are a well-oiled machine! We used their services for loading our UHaul boxes. They were able to fit our entire 2 bedroom apartment into 2 UHaul boxes easily. They make the extra effort to protect your stuff when it's loaded. I forgot to take the lightbulbs out of my lamps and they remembered to remove them for me - the attention to detail is great. I had a little extra stretch wrap, bubble wrap, and tape on hand which I would recommend to their future customers because they will use it to make sure your furniture is prepped correctly for shipping. Friendly guys who worked fast and make moving day less stressful!

• Mathew and Rodney did an awesome job at delivering and unloading the U-Haul boxes. They showed up right on time, unloaded the stuff gently and placed the items exactly where I wanted them, but at the same time were efficient and quick. My order was a bit complicated since I wanted one of the boxes to get delivered to another location. Mathew was understanding and was able to accommodate my request. Unfortunately, when they arrived at the other location, the last Ubox was not ready for pickup, so Mathew and Rodney went out of their way and showed up again the next day to deliver and unload the box at the other location. I would definitely recommend Toogoodmovers and would hire them again if ever needed!

  very untrue she told my helper had had trust issues with her other movers . soon as we carried boxes every time we left the house she looked the door then followed us to the truck just made it very hard took us 7 hrs to do a 2 hr job i kindly said if you want to hire other movers you can she said sorry no you are doing well then let us work i pray she never hires us again and feel bad for any mover she hires .. i take pride in my work and have no reason to not do my job 100 percent some people have bad days and think its ok to take out thier anger on nice people who are thier to help them i have no reason to wake up get dressed and want to leave a job i didnt leave i stayed even after the abuse

• Matt and Rodney did everything possible to fit as much as they could into my U-Box. When the box arrived we were thinking we might have to get a second one. By the time Matt and Rodney were done that was not the case! They made the most of the box while also taking the time to use the blankets to protect all my furniture.

When looking for movers, TooGoodMovers stood out because of number of stars relative to the number of reviews (which was high) and the mover's description (that included the word Tetris). The word Tetris stood out and knew they'll able to fit items into a UBox. Highly recommended!

• I arranged with the mover to start at (approximately) 930 AM. After multiple delays the mover asked me for the address. He thought I was in Henderson, NV instead of N. Las Vegas. He arrived alone after 130PM. He told me that while 'I didn't have to', it would go faster if I unloaded and stacked the boxes from the storage unit for him (I did help). He loaded most items in the U-Box and then found there was not enough room left to maneuver when trying to load the only large item (a curio cabinet). I helped unload the U-Box and he obtained assistance from a nearby individual to help load the curio cabinet (upside down). I then helped him re-load the U-Box. I'm not sure if it was all miscommunication on the part of U-Haul or Moving Help, but I certainly did not get what I had paid for.

  im confused you offered to help me I reply you dont have to help. . if you want to help just stack boxes . you had a 7 and half glass cabinet . and the boxes are only 8 feet tall. • Worst customer service interaction ever. Matthew was rude, unprofessional and would not do what I asked him to do. I made it clear that the bulk items, had to go on the truck. He insisted he knew how to do his job, been doing it for 23 years. Matthew told me to leave him alone and let him do his job. He loaded the truck opposite of the way it is supposed to be. Instead of loading bulk, heavy stuff first, he loaded heavy items like refrigerator, washer, 2 dryers, marble table top and base, console, media center, box springs, mattress last..Items are facing the wrong way, allowing for damage etc. I supplied moving blankets, tie downs, straps and rope to be utilized. Several bulk heavy items would not fit in the truck. By Matthew refusing to make sure all bulk heavy items were placed in the truck initially, I have the added expense of being forced to rent another truck, gas for another truck, hire more loaders, and totally rearrange my schedule on the other end of my move.

  its very hard to fit a 5 bed room home in to a 20 foot truck. she needed 26 FOOT truck. I was very nice. like I am to all my customers . customer loaded the truck half way before we got there with boxes and said load all the bulk stuff . thats very hard to do. when loading a truck you have to mix boxes with furniture I tried to explain. most of my customers trust me . in this case. I was not allowed to give any input .. so I told her I would empty out the truck and not charge her for the time. after we emptied out the truck and reloaded each pice the exact way she wanted everything still did not fit and she was still unhappy ...

Toogoodmovers came to my place on time, and started loading their trolley with 10 boxes each at once. I have never hired a professional mover before, and it was worth it. The total move with 10 extra large boxes, 20 medium boxes, standing desk, office chair, two small bookshelves, digital piano, 10 plastic boxes, and 2 small boxes (books) was done less than 2 hours.
