• The owner came to my house and loaded my entire truck by himself after his workers no-showed. He could have easily canceled on me and left me without movers, but he made it right and packed the truck INCREDIBLY well. • mover called me at 9PM the night before the scheduled move saying wanted to switch hours of load in from AM to PM. i told them i could not do that, so they said they had to cancel. I complained that giving me such short notice left me with no options. Then they said ok, they would do it in the AM. The next day they text said were waiting for helpers. then texted back no one showed up so they had to cancel. very bad customer service. not calls, all contact by text. unprofessional.

• When the guys arrived they started working right away and didn't stop until the last piece was out of the truck. Each one of them had a great attitude. • The customer service of Prestigious Moving Services has not been up to standard. I am actually very surprised since I saw so many good reviews on UHAUL and through my search on Google about their service. I originally made the request on 9/2/2017, same day I got a follow up email requesting my information. After sending in my property info I did not hear anything back from the company after several business days and started reaching out. I've sent a total of 4 emails and have called multiple times. It wasn't until I sent the email stating that I was going to cancel my request that they finally responded by email at 10:30pm at night way outside of normal business hours. They followed up the next morning with a call, but when I called right back it keeps going to the same google voice number that has a one of two different voicemail messages each time I call. Very sketchy and Very unprofessional.
