• Chris was very helpful from start of the process with communication and management. During the packing Dewayne and his colleague were too good with the packing. • Though the assigned cleaning crew called out on the day of the job, the owner quickly assembled an alternate crew that came out. Though the appointment started a bit late, they got the job done, which was appreciated. Communication all around was great! I’d use their services again.

• They did not perform the specified duties in the contract for the move and brought extra family members to my home. We paid for 2 movers for 3hrs to load/unload. It took them 2hours to load half of 1 room onto the truck. The other rooms were not loaded or any other furniture unloaded. The movers

• Admittedly, we did not sign up for moving help until 24 hours before our move. It was last minute for us. On the morning of 6/23, we requested a morning move for 6/24, but when we attempted to reach him he said he already had a morning move for Sunday and would get to us around 3:30pm. At 3:30pm we asked when he was coming and he responded that he was too busy and maybe he could come at 6pm. We had to turn in the uhaul by 5pm (which he already knew) so he was unable to help. Disappointed.
