Yes we did neglect to put the 2 pieces of hallway furniture that were obstructing our path for unloading your mechanical bed it was a lapse that we regret but it was only because the rest of your load went to the garage and we didn't reenter the house. The leader (the younger one) was very professional at communication and tried the best to provide a very flexible schedule. I appreciated their flexibility. He did very well. However, there was a mover, who seemed to be no longer able to complete this type of job by himself. I had to helped him a lot to make sure my items can be moved safely. I asked them not to load empty milk crates so I could fill them and they loaded them and then refused to unload them. I asked them to pull off an old set of shelves to make room for more items and they refused. I wanted to force the issue but, there was three of them and one of me plus I had my cats to worry about.

I loaded your truck and at no point in time did you mention anything to ME about load empty milk crates so you could use them and you asked us to take the shelf off once it was completely blocked in by 3 walls of your belongings not to mention you made this request with 10mins left on your clock your time would have expired before we finished unloading it to reload it so yes the answer was NO it was an unreasonable request when we loaded Everything you had in the 15ft truck you rented. From the start, they did not seem like they wanted to be there or load our things. They showed up an hour earlier than when they said they would, without bothering to let me know, and immediately started counting the time. One of their first comments was that when their timer said time was up, they were leaving. They then began complaining to each other, not softly, that no 2 man crew could load what we had in 3 hours. They treated our things rather roughly and were annoyed when we pointed out it was made of glass or that the box was marked fragile. They were also unwilling to load our couch without us taking it apart, and none too polite about it, despite the fact that we’ve moved more than once without having to do that.

Ok let's get this straight first of all you only scheduled for 3hrs and 2ppl and you had a fully loaded 2lvl 4bdrm HOUSE! BOXED EVERYWHERE! YOUR house was nasty beyond measure with excessive DUST, DOG, and, CAT hair like you haven't cleaned the place since you moved there! To the point we had to wear mask from being over come by the particulates and hair in the air Yes I informed you after completing the walk thru and realizing the gravity of your situation that we could only give you the 3hrs you reserved because we have another customer in Bloomington which from your location in Sheridan is an hr and a half away from you not to mention YOU SCHEDULED THE DAY BEFORE YOUR SERVICE MEANING WE HAD TO FIT YOU INTO AN ALREADY FULL SCHEDULE! We don't load assembled items that need to be disassembled before taking them out of the residence and we do not disassemble or reassemble Ikea furniture of any kind. You had unrealistic expectations of what 2ppl could do in a house that size in 3hrs!

The guys had a very tight schedule the day that they helped me and could unfortunately only help me for the 2 hours that U-Haul scheduled them, but they worked their butts off to get as much as possible done in those 2 hours! They had two flights of stairs to go up and down, and were drenched in sweat, but they managed to get everything out of the house and all they heavy stuff in the truck for me. So you waited a while month after your services write a partial review? We had a customer before you I informed you well before then by text that you didn't read or respond to that why I had to call you and tell you what was in the text furthermore you live in kokomo we're based out off Indy it's going to take an hr to get there regardless and yes you had 3hrs reserved and we finished everything in 2hrs I would think that,that would be a benefit to everyone that we were able to complete the job well before the time ends. We are efficient and fast so be prepared for us to load or unload your belongings as fast as we know how.

You and your mother are two of the most overwhelming and over bearing ppl I have ever met! You stayed in the way as we were trying to load and Unload the truck! Then your mother waited untilthe truck was over 3/4 full to tell us about all the stuff that she forgot to mentioned which there was practically no room for by that time! You tried to have us move a 700lbs safe without notifying moving help. Upon arrival you all attempted to instruct us on how to load the truck! As if we need you guidance you hired us to do the job not be told HOW TO DO THE JOB! All in all you both have come on this site expressing bold face lies when we went above and beyond providing you all with excellent service! Funny how you husband was completely ecstatic with our service and complimented us over and over again but the two bossy women who wanted to control and tell us how to do our jobs have a problem with our service.... Right! And given that we are in the middle of a pandemic when I person tells me their not feeling well.. I don't bring them on the job to potentially expose my clients to a virus or from whatever my employee is suffering from. It was a last minute change and I notified you all in Advance and you were ok with it because it was 7am and you didn't have a full truck... I have you options on revising the pay and you said it was ok.... now it's not? We even moved the furniture that wasn't going on the truck to the garage so another crew could come pick up, which is not OUR JOB!!! You belonging we handle with care and nothing was broken or damaged except a gallon bottle of Caption Morgan Rum that seemed to be the ONLY thing you cared about was the alcohol! So there was NOTHING THAT I REFUSED TO DO WHEN WE DID EVERYTHING YOU ASKED!!! YOU PEOPLE ARE FLAT OUT LIARS AND CLEARLY HAVE A THING FOR CONTROLLING EVERY DETAIL OF THINGS IN YOUR LIFE AND THE PEOPLE AROUND YOU INCLUDING MEN. UNFORTUNATELY YOU DON'T HAVE THAT LUXURY WITH ME! SINCE YOU HAVE SO MUCH TO SAY YOU AND YOUR EXTRA GROWN DAUGHTER WHO CAN'T KEEP HER A.D.D. All a bold face lie my helper smoked a cigarette during a break and no one was complaining! Were you even losing attention? I simply asked you to not talk about company business in front on my employees! The hours you reserve and pay for is not the business of my helpers you constantly rambled about hrs until I had to ask you to refrain from that topic then you noticeably upset and that's a shame. You shouldn't put ppls business out front the workers get paid for the time they work and don't be to know what's on our in my contracts! Next time hopefully the next crew won't have to ask you not to do the same.

We had already spoken and confirmed your move 2 days before your service and I told you I would call after we finished with the customer 2hrs away from you in Lafayette! You called repeatedly while we was servicing the first customer! So be honest you weren't moving you was getting put out! The landlord came to gain access to the house and you weren't there because you was dodging her! Your friend that was there is a drug addict, he kept disappearing to get high! He even asked us if we had anything we could sell him upon arrival! Gentleman I spoke with did not want to load my bed (previously damaged in prior move by other company found on Moving Helpers) the way I asked. Although I said I was open to suggestions besides the usual setting it on its side, which is what caused the inside layers of my memory foam mattress to separate and slide down inside the middle of the mattress, he was unwilling to offer another solution or do it the way I asked (lying it flat to avoid the same thing from happening again). I asked if he wanted me to find someone else to do the job after he started getting defensive about his experience, and he said I should.

Moved from old house to storage and from storage to new house. They arrived an hour late to both moves. Their truck broke down both moves. 2 men for first move - took them 13 hrs and we had to finish moving ourselves the second day. Only brought 3 men for second move, still took them until midnight.

Uboxes come with 2man crews. You poorly planned you move but we executed it perfectly with no damages to your expensive furniture inspire of mechanical issue we were having. You had a fully furnished 3lvl hm and you had 7 u boxes needed 5 more and uhaul only had 3 every box was complete filled. You needed a 4man crew with 2 26ft truck not uboxes that's why it to so long after loading we have to take the boxes back to get more you don't live around the corner from the uhaul this was not going to be a 4,5,6, or even 7hr job even with 4 ppl

Mover called to tell me he had a prior move ordered for that same day. Said he could try to arrive 3 hours later but I told him elevators cannot be used for moves after 4pm. I also questioned whether his staff would have the energy to move back to back jobs. I spoke of my uncertainty and he hung the phone up in my face. Please remove the charge from my credit card. Its funny how we worked flawlessly with every item we brought onto your house until you stepped in to help or impose on us when we came in the house. I explained to you thoroughly that the customer before could not pick up their truck on time which threw the second crew's schedule completely off, also that the customer had more stuff than what was listed to us which also caused the crew to be pushed further BEHIND! You acted as if you couldn't understand that we could not just leave the first customer to service you! As soon as they finished they came staight to your residence as quickly as time allow. The moving helpers were scheduled to be at destination for move by 1pm. I tried texting and calling multiple times to verify they were coming and no response. I tried called more when they had not arrived at scheduled time. I was finally called back after they were 1hr and 30mins late and was then informed they would not be able to arrive for another 30mins. I canceled services we had a limited amount of time with moving truck. I was very disappointed with this experience. The unreliability and lack of communication was awful and inexcusable for a business.

The movers charged me $40.00 extra for the load and unload. Most of the items were unloaded in the garage. The owner damaged walls, woodwork, and scratched the hardwood floors. He was not personable.

Sir, you were charged $65.00 for going almost 30 mins over the time you paid for. $15 was deducted for your glass, and your woodwork was previous glued on and wore a off leg. Unware of anything else

Move went ok. Movers were fairly careless with our furniture and did not care for new home as dinged up walls and doorways. One mover was more careful than the other. Round up for time for extra pay.

Changes made by uhaul which you apparently didn't understand! You had more boxes than anything else and the only thing that needed to be wrapped was your table and it was wrapped in the box!

Moving helper "Derek" called me back and a 4-bedroom move would take 8 hours, and said "same day move on a saturday is unheard of, i'm already booked for today..." and sounded like he was doing me a favor by accepting this job - not professional at all, considering they show available for moving today. Not happy with this mover's attitude. Glad i'm not using this mover for my move.
