  Sorry sir our services did not meet your expectations, I don't understand how considering we showed up with 3 guys instead of 2 all who are professionals.. I think the issue was upon arrival, We witnessed you crash the 26 foot Uhaul into the house leaving a lot of damage and meeting you for our first time cussing and yelling at your adult son passenger who gets out with a beer.. Being in your late 70's or early 80's having to do all we witnessed I understand .. not bringing tools to assemble your One piano? we didn't have one particular socket for your one of kind screw insert. no problem home Depot is 5 minutes away,

• The only ones I'll hire! I had to move out in a rush 2 years ago and they stepped up and helped pack up my house, load the truck and unload it at my storage unit. Two years later I needed help again and they came to my rescue once again. They expertly packed my truck, making sure everything was safe and secure for the drive across the country. They take care just as if it was their own grandmother's house. Wish I could have them unload everything at the other end!

• I was told that the movers would make sure everything was set and would not move at all during my driving of the uhaul. They even said they would strap everything with ropes but I saw no ropes or anything. One hour into the drive when we opened the back, everything was fallen over and out of place.

• The two young men that came to do our unload were very friendly, professional and courteous. They were careful and took their time moving each piece to ensure no damage was done, they had to disassemble our couch to move it upstairs and then reassemble it once inside, they made sure everything was reconnected before leaving. We would absolutely recommend them and in the future when we are ready to complete our move i will definitely be calling them to help!

• The movers were nice enough to call to let me know they'd be 2 hours late. They showed up in flip flops, colorful shorts, no name tags or business branded attire, and someone smelled like marijuana. My husband had already lined 30 percent of the boxes in an organized stack for them in the hallway to grab and go. At the 1-hour point, only 5 boxes had been placed on the truck and we watched them play on their cellphones and stand around. The owner showed up and added 2 more guys to the job since my husband pointed out their inability to do the job. I would not recommend them at all.

• I called them 2 days before the move to verify the address date and time I needed service. The arrangement was for the labor to be there at 9 o’clock in the morning at the particular address they agreed and we hung up the phone. The day of the service they called me after 12 o’clock and said they couldn’t be there until later that afternoon. I told him I no longer need their services I had made other arrangements since they did not show up on the proper time at the proper location. The truck rental had to be returned. I would no longer ever recommend them for moving labor. !!!
