This was my first experience with movers, and Top Pro Movers John and Joe knocked it out of the park. I LOVE professionals. They were efficient, kind, and put more care into moving my items than I'd have been able to. Top Pro Movers is worth every dollar if you're looking to save your back, and never worry about your items being broken. I hate to move away, knowing I might not find such consideration in the next town. Kudos!

Joe and his team were amazing. They unloaded to a 3rd floor apartment and were professional and fast. We had issues at that apartment and had to make a decision to move a 2nd time to another complex. Joe and his team were able to come 2 days later and load from that 3rd floor apartment and unload to another 3rd floor apartment. They stayed friendly and professional the entire time!! I did a last minute reservation, less than 12 hrs before my move. They didn’t have a slot open in the morning but were able to accommodate a few hours later. We communicated through out the time entire time they were there. Deciding which items will be going to the storage unit or which items I’ll be taking with me. They were careful with all items they were moving around. I will most definitely call them back up for my next move.

However, we do see that the crew arrived late and according to our records they did keep in touch throughout the process in regards to their late arrival. Also, the crew stated that they wanted to pack the truck as they normally would however, they packed it according to how, you, the customer wanted.

They called and stated they couldn’t do my job with the men I booked and that I didn’t book enough time. I’ve used a moving service 4 times now and am very versed in what I need. Lady quoted me double to add additional men and one hour. Asked her to call me back in 45 minutes so I could discuss with my wife and did not call back.

While this company was reported to be local they were from 150 miles away. They arrived 80 minutes late and did not apologize for the inconvenience. The main helper was on his phone for the first 15 min. They were more concerned with moving things easily than with care. They broke 2 bottom drawers on my dresser by removing them when they were asked not to (they will not go back in). They did get the truck fully loaded and stayed the payed for amount of time. We have used movinghelp twice before with great results. Very disappointed this time.

For starters we apologize for any inconveniences in regards to your move. The reason movers will remove drawers is because sometimes its more of a risk to move the dresser if it has too much weight on the dresser, so they will do it as a safety precaution to avoid injury or damage to the item. Also, we are based in Mississippi but like many other moving helpers on the platform, for 7 years we have been servicing customers all over the Gulf Coast from Louisiana to Florida, and we do show in our records where the leadman consistently followed up to keep in touch about their late arrival and all seemed to be well. Also, the leadman was on the phone with the owner of the company and the owner confirmed he did not stop working during the process as he was working with an ear plug in his ear so that it would not affect his work performance. Lastly, we were under the impression that all went well once the move was complete. However, we apologize for any inconveniences we may have caused.

I highly recommend these guys. I've never used a moving service before, so I didn't know what to expect. These guys KILLED it. I was worried that they would not be able to get us all moved within the 3 hour timeframe, but to our surprise, they had everything loaded within 1 hour and when we reached out new home 10 minutes later, they had the rest of evening out and in the second story apartment in 45 minutes. So all together, they were able to do everything for us in 2 hours. I will definitely call these guys again the next time I need some help. Very good communication before the move.

Even though the guys were 10 minutes late, they did an excellent job moving and loading the truck. I tried to place an item on the truck without a protective cover and one of the guys stated, "No Sir, I need to protect all of your personal property, I do not want anything stratched."

Although the the movers were late due to circumstances beyond their control, they stayed in constant communication to make sure I was aware of what was going on. Also, once they got there, they worked non-stop, over and beyond. I would definitely use them again.

I purchased a load only from to Top Pro Movers on 28 Mar 2017. It was scheduled for May 3rd...Order number OR-2CE6FB71. During the move I was unable to login or get access to the Payment code (which ate into my moving time for 45 minutes). I was attempting to access it from my phone which didn't seem to work as it does on the PC? You can review your logs on the order...there were several calls from the mover to reissue the code via email (which never successfully delivered) Anyhow, I had to pay them in cash for the services. I request a refund of my purchase.
