This has been the worst experience of my life. My moving help told me verbatim that he does not check his emails and he does not liking doing jobs with U-Haul because they are super disorganized (at least we agreed on that one thing). The day before my U-Box was scheduled to arrive the moving help that was assigned to me finally returned my phone calls and said that his company does not go into Miami-Dade County. Why was this company even assigned to me if that is their policy?! What a nightmare this entire process has been. Never again!
