• Dear UHaul Moving Help Transportation Movers, My name is Breanna Gatto, and I hired movers through UHaul on Monday, April 21, 2025, to assist with my one bedroom apartment move. I want to start by saying the movers were fantastic, quick, and efficient. I truly appreciated their help. However, after they finished unloading and I returned from dropping off the truck, I discovered that my television had been damaged during the move. When I plugged it in while setting up my new place, I realized it was no longer working properly, which was unfortunate. I’ve called a few times and have sent emails regarding this issue and was directed to reach out via email. I wanted to see what steps we can take to resolve this situation. I’ve attached my order number for your reference; #79C5B2C2. I'm happy to provide any additional information, photos, or documentation needed to help move the process along. • Amazing, after the first company I booked, moving brothers, canceled on me because of weather (too hot) and told me that 2hrs wasn't enough time for a storage unit and 26 ft truck. These guys were able to do it in the afternoon, 2pm was not a problem. Very professional, Tetris master's and finished in just 1 hour. Amazing job. Definitely recommend them to anyone moving!

• These guys are great! We had a 3-4 bedroom house worth of stuff split between a storage unit and a house. We requested 4 movers for 3 hours. They showed up 10 minutes early and finished everything in 1 hour and 45 minutes. They were professional, efficient and I would recommend them to anyone!

• We schedule 2 guys for two hours to unload moving truck into storage. They were 1/2 hr late and took a few calls and text before they responded, the movers were trying to use small roller they brought to move stuff that didn't fit on it. • The two movers Ricardo and Raul were the best movers I've ever had. Most movers slow down and drag the job out to get an extra hour from you. These guys did not.
