• They did great job in in loading & unloading and securing items in truck, only issue I had was they didn't communicate with me that they are coming late and I couldn't reach when I tried calling them, was worried if they will come or not but they came and completed my move. Coming late is not a issue but they should informed about that

• Above and beyond service from Paradise Moving! They helped with unexpected disassembly of items as well as positioning of U-Haul Truck. Great communication as well - we were out of Gig Harbor, no concerns with them based out of king county. Would recommend to anyone in Puget Sound area!!!

• The movers we had from Paradise Movers were excellent. They took their time packing everything with care and maximized the space we needed in our U-Boxes. We had reserved 3 boxes, but only ended up using 2. They were friendly and caring and we would definitely recommend them for future moving help.

• Joshua and Chris were fantastic - they returned my call timely after I first reached out, they texted me when they were on the way to my house, and they arrived within the window we originally scheduled. They are both gentlemen and were very professional and polite. Joshua was sure to point out any potential concerns proactively so there were no surprises. We drove from Dallas to Kingston for our move, and after three days of driving they made the unloading process incredibly easy. I would highly recommend them.

• These guys were ALL amazing! Very communicative and prompt! Don't bother with anyone else. I needed about 45 or so boxes moved from my new place to a storage unit. They started at 1345 and we were done by 1503, including the 17 min travel time to the storage place. I will absolutely keep their contact info and reach out when I need helpers again. And I also recommend them to anyone in need of moving help!

• These guys are amazing packers. Fast, friendly, incredibly hard-working, and this for 4 hours in the pouring down rain. Be super clear upfront with them about what you'll need FIRST at your destination, so that things get packed in the correct order. Once they start, they move FAST.

• Amazing help from Josh, AJ, and Chris. Very professional, efficient in loading and unloading, positive throughout the whole move, and they were very careful with my items. My mattress topper is dirty (the bag ripped) but Josh was kind enough to offer to help pay for cleaning services. Overall great and stress free experience; would definitely hire again!

• The failure of the Paradise Movers to show up at all caused significant problems for us. I had tried so very hard for weeks and days before the scheduled date to make sure they would be there on time. It did not happen. Talking to someone is barely possible but then no one knows anything. The excuse was always "bad cell service", I'll call you right back. Don't worry - we will be there. Scheduled for 10:00 a.m., we waited until 8:00 p.m. This company is a disaster. Moving Help should move on.
