• B & B Movers did the unloading from the 26 ft truck and the freezer from the utility trailer towed by the truck. They had a little later start as they were finishing a previous job, but they were working under extreme conditions of temps about 98 degrees and heat index exceeding 105 degrees! I could not expect any better work from anyone. They had so much to carry upstairs that we had previously stored in our basement in Colorado that now had to go in our bonus room of this new location- many boxed of books, Christmas decorations, campervan equipment and camping equipment, etc. We also had very heavy oak office cabinets with drawers and hutch tops with glass, what must have felt like hundreds of boxes of kitchen equipment (Kitchenaid large mixer, One Pot, Ninja blender, waffle irons, crock pots, crystal glassware, regular dishes, and china)! They were polite, professional, and did a great job. We would be very happy to have their services again!

• One of the two movers, the one who was supposed to bring the actual moving equipment, overslept and arrived almost 2 hours late. I had to call the company to find this out as there were no movers there at 9;10 for a 9AM job. Because of this, the process took much longer than it should have and I was delayed in leaving by a couple hours. The company also did not offer any compensation or alternatives.

• Small snafu on arrival time. Micheal owned up to to error immediately. No big problem. The other Micheal, who managed loading the truck, knew what he was doing. The other helper, Thomas, was ok but tended to not be as motivated to keep moving. He needed a reminder now and then. Would certainly recommend this group. They fellas were personable and polite and had a sense of humor. Good experience.

• B&B Movers provided exceptional service for our move! We needed our household goods packed into a Upack trailer, including many boxes and furniture for a 3 bedroom home. Mike and Thomas showed up early on the day of our scheduled service and immediately set to loading our household goods. They did an exceptional job, both bringing heavy furniture down from a second floor as well as well quickly loading boxes. They were especially helpful since we were limited to 22 linear feet of space in the trailer. Not only did they meet that requirement, they came under the allotted space and saved us money in the process. They alleviated a lot of stress from our move and I highly recommend them for any moving and loading you may need.

• The movers were AMAZING! They worked fast, on time. I had a few scratches on the wall from moving the washer dryer or sofa in but they addressed this with professionalism. Beyond this small item they handled everything with extreme care. Accidents happen and they made sure to be extremely careful with my items. Doing the absolute best they could. They worked extra hours for me than scheduled. I could not have asked for a better team. A better move. I will 100 percent be using this company again. Their manager Mike was a joy as well. Checked in with his employees and me throughout the move. Great company. Great move. Great work. So happy!

• The movers were very fast and efficient. They made sure to bring my attention to my items in the truck that had been damaged when the other movers had either carried it to the truck or loaded in the truck before they moved it so I could document the damage before the item was moved. They also brought a leaf blower to clean out the truck and my driveway after unloading it and folded all of the moving blankets and pads.

• This place was excellent! I called a few days before my move because I had an additional item and he knew exactly who I was and how to accommodate me. I hired them for two hours, but they had the truck unpacked in an hour and 15 minutes. The communication with the movers was awesome. They uninstalled our rental washer and dryer and installed the washer and dryer we had extremely easily. I would definitely use them again for future moves if I could.

• The movers called to see if they could arrive early, which worked out great. They loaded my dresser quickly and then followed me to the destination to unload it. They had a little difficulty getting it up the stairs due to two tight turns. There was a minor scratch and small piece of wood chipped underneath the bottom. Overall I would highly recommend them!

• the movers needed to move my washer and dryer. It did not go very well. I had to sustain some damages to the stairs and the wall while this was moved. Proper use of Moving Harness belts is needed.
