• First they said they couldn't help me. Then they said they could but on a different day. Then I called them, and they said we could do it today. I moved my schedule around, and then when they finally did show up, they really didn't do a very good job. I would not use this company again.

Nevertheless, since you never contacted us after we set up services on 12/23/2019 (@ Noon), and you didn't respond to our two phone calls (12/24/2019 end of business day and 12/26/2019 start of business day) and also the text message and U-Haul Customer Service message on the morning of 12/26/2019, WE CANNOT DEPEND ON YOUR SERVICES ANY LONGER.
