I did not have a great experience with these movers. Most of the questions were directed to my boyfriend, even though I (30 yro woman) was the one who hired them—and they were still pretty rude to him! They packed the containers well with our stuff, but they had a ton of confidence that they get everything in and then by the end we had a ton of stuff that didn’t make it and we had to leave behind. Stuff was being thrown down on our hardwood floors a lot.

Move It, Move It LA was absolutely outstanding and one of the best moving experiences I’ve ever had! I would absolutely hire him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a stress free, reliable move. From the moment Malcom + crew arrived it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing! He’s professional, experienced and very efficient which is not something you always find. What really stood out was how he took charge with confidence. When I suggested things, he explained his approach and stuck to what he knew worked and he was right which gave total peace of mind. He handled my belongings with great care making sure everything was wrapped protected and loaded securely. I was amazed how he fit everything into a storage unit I thought was too small! Malcom is also communicative, punctual and takes pride in his work. Do not hesitate to pick Malcom, you’re in great hands! He exceeded my expectations and so grateful I chose him!

Hands down the most professional and efficient movers I have ever worked with. They handled my items with care from start to finish. Malcolm & his team were top notch. I’d highly suggest you hire them for your move! From start to finish, they were quick, efficient & kind. They came with dollys and furniture padding which was helpful although I had purchased the rental through U-Haul, their extra gear helped us move right along and get things moved. I cannot express enough my gratitude for Malcolm and his team. As a female, it can be worrisome finding movers who will make you feel comfortable & I spent hours with these guys by myself & I felt so safe. Nothing broke, everything was moved safely & even though I needed to extend the time that it took to move, Malcolm accommodated and stayed until the job was done. Totally my fault on timing! Price is more than fair, an amazing company & I felt safe & comfortable. Thank you times 1,000,000 & I wish this business nothing but the best!!

Overall, great moving company. The reservation process was very easy with UHAUL online with the addition of the selection of moving companies for loading or unloading according to my moving needs. The price was reasonable and the job was completed in three hours given the location and the entry and exits of the building. The movers were professional, productive and efficient. The payment process was also simple and the additional hour that was needed was able to be added on to the payment very easily. I highly recommend this moving company as they didn’t disappoint given the stress of a moving day. I will use them for future needs via UHAUL and will recommend them to friends and family. Thank you again Malcolm and Sam!

Malcolm was a fantastic mover along with one other guy! They were communicative, prompt, and professional. They really know their stuff! My move was a bit complicated and heavy with lots of large items and they were able to arrange these items really well! However, I spoke to Malcolm on the phone a few days ahead and I think it could’ve been helpful for both of us if he had asked me more specific questions about my needs, because it ended up taking almost double the time I had estimated, I think an additional helper would have made a big difference, and later Malcolm told me that for large jobs like mine he usually schedules time the day before to wrap all the furniture to prepare for the move, which would have made a big difference in my case. My stuff didn’t end up fitting in the truck I rented, so I had to do a second load on my own because Malcolm had another move scheduled after mine. Overall, I highly recommend Move It Move It tho and I am very grateful!
