Anthony and Tony were amazing. I was really worried we weren’t going to be able to fit everything into the trailer but not only did they get everything (safely) in, there was plenty of room to spare. They wrapped things, they strategically Tetris-positioned things so they’d be safe and snug, and they were so nice! Made everything easy and got it all done quickly. I wish I could have hired them to help me unload 3 hours away. Nothing was out of place when we opened the trailer up to unload. They were truly worth every penny and then some!

We are so impressed and grateful for Jess and Jerrad. They were punctual, communicative, and did an amazing job loading up our 15’ truck. Jess and Aaron were fantastic. They were friendly, professional and considerate with all our items. They unloaded our truck with about 30 minutes to spare so they swept our U-Haul, folded all our moving blankets and offered further assistance inside the house helping my husband move heavy furniture into place. We would recommend them to anyone moving in Bend. Anthony made set up easy and always responded to me quickly. He even accommodated a schedule change to make our move in day less stressful. Would not recommend using this company. The owner, Anthony, is extremely condescending and confrontational. He demanded I give him my payment code before the move was done. I did not know about the protocol of calling U-Haul to cancel the order and open a new order if the move was going to take less time. Anthony, of course, knew this, which is why he was pushy about getting the payment code prior to that move being done. I called him directly for a refund and he essentially hung up on me, telling me to call U-Haul. Unfortunately this ends up hurting his workers, who I won’t be able to tip since I overpaid the job by $300.

The moving group was over an hour late due to a previous moving event running over. We talked to Anthony about where the crew was and he was rude on the phone. The moving group was nice, helpful and finished the move early. Their performance for the actual move was great. After confirming payment and giving the crew a cash tip, the lead mover came back stating that we owed them an extra $300 cash because the house had a second story. Would not accept credit card and had to be cash. We ended up calling Anthony, had a heated conversation, and it ended up being a misunderstanding.

Called mover to schedule move. Said he was "really busy" but would call me back in 1 hour. Did not call back. I called him back 4 hours later and he advised he was still busy but would call back in a few minutes. Did not call back. I called him 4 hours after that call and my call was sent to voicemail. I have not heard back from mover. Super unprofessional customer service. I don't mind that you are busy and unable to take my call, but it's important to follow through on follow up.

i understand moving is stressful Linda no one was trying to be rude you didn't show into town until 7 pm and the guys didn't get done until 11 which was not the plan so I think everyone was tired.

The Moving Helpers showed up 45 minutes late. They used profanity while working and argued with each other. They left dirty hand prints and furniture scuff marks on newly painted walls.

Your stuff was really dirty so that explains hand prints. About the profanity apparently one of the guys injured himself because your dog was in the way of moving. Please lock up dogs just in case.
