We booked Drez on the day we needed them, we were surprised we could get their help on such short notice. The owner and a worker came on time, finished within the 2 hours and were very professional while they were here. They had a positive attitude, did not waste time and moved every item we needed moved. They were careful with the fragile items and made a plan that they followed well. Fragile items included sculptures and many art canvas paintings as well as general household fragile items. They secured items for the trip out of state and left room in the truck for items we were adding later that day. The load was balanced and did not shift during the 12 hours we drove to where they were going. As items were unpacked we found everything was in great shape, nothing was broken or damaged. We were really pleased with Drez and would recommend them to anyone who is needing help with a move. Thank you!

Very professional work. I hired 2 movers for 2 hours just to load my heavy furniture into a Uhaul truck. They got the heavy stuff loaded up fast and then helped move boxes in the time I had remaining. The truck was packed tight and very stable. They moved much more than I expected in 2 hours.

Hello there! I have a few things that changed while renting the 20ft truck. First of all I had 2 hours of labor help and 2 people scheduled. We never received information although I was charged through the site $200 up front for them and when we were given their contact info it went to vm all day. We did end up getting a number from the nice gentleman at the pick up site but we ended up making it work with just the 2 of us, 120lb girls and no help. Please credit this charge. Also, we had to unload the truck ourselves and dropped the truck off at a different site rather than at Value rental on East state street and it is at Byron Auto Body currently, the keys were put in the lock box. They called the day before the move and everything seemed good. Then Saturday morning before the move they texted me and more then doubled the price and asked me if I wanted to proceed and I replied yes. They then never showed up and I had to find other help. when I ordered the help, I was in contact with the moving helper. At no time did he mention that he was not going to be able to help. suddenly, a few hours before he was due, he had surgery on monday (4 days before I booked him) and his doctor told him he couldnt do the job. If I had not contacted him Saturday night, I would have not known this. Even then, he still said he would be at my home on Sunday afternoon. He never showed.
