Took great care with our belongings, and nothing was damaged. Professional and prompt in their communication, too. We were very happy and VERY grateful for their help!!

• Deshawn and Michael saved the day. We realized on Christmas that we needed moving help, so we took a chance on reserving through the MovingHelp service. I didn't expect an immediate reply because of the holiday, but DeShawn was quick to reply and confirm. He was also very communicative the day of the move about arrival and arrived on time. They were pros -- friendly, professional, experienced with moving large furniture, observant, careful and they really dug in to make the most of the two hours we had booked. They really made our day go so much easier!

• DeShawn was awesome at communicating before the move and making sure that they were punctual. The only issue was that he didn't notify us that there was an additional $150 charge in addition to their hourly rate just to move a safe and an additional full hour for an extra 15 minutes of time. Overall we were happy with the moving service, but the additional $300 put a very sour taste in our mouths. Might be an issue with others that don't have the money to cough up.
