• This moving team was fantastic! They were fast and efficient and took the time to place my furniture and boxes in the proper places . Even with a very SLOW and frustrating elevator at my apartment, they worked as fast as they could. Even with 2 hours of overage due to my dumb elevator and cash tips they were by far the cheapest option of all the local movers and were transparent about the overages . Highly recommend!!

• This was my 2nd time utilizing Elite Moving and Cleaning services. The gentlemen (Shilo and Eric) arrived within the specified timeframe, ready to work. They were polite and efficient in getting our belongings from one location to another, performing the manual labor we could not have accomplished alone. Zero complaints!!! • UHAUL SNUBBED ME on a rental- I called Home Depot, Penske, there were NO TRUCKS NO WHERE! I called Jamal and told him I may have to cancel and the reason , he out is No where asked me to grant him permission to try and find me a truck! This man and his team of mo Wes , moved mountains for me and my dog Louie. It was over 100 degrees outside today, and these men alll showed up to help me!! • Based on the communication I received on the day of the move, I am pretty sure they went to the wrong address to pick up the UBox two times. For a couple of hours, I was concerned that the UBox had been completely lost. Moreover, this led to them moving everything in extreme heat - an unfortunate situation for them. In the end, they arrived late and the situation caused a bit more stress than it should have, but other than that they completed the job properly - even if they had to suffer through pretty rough heat for it.

• I cannot begin to describe how wonderful these guys are. I accidentally gave them the wrong date for the move and they moved their schedule to accommodate us. We had to change the arrival time for them because of apartment leasing office issues, and they graciously moved around again for us. When they arrived they immediately went to work getting the heavy pieces out of the truck and had it up to the third floor, down winding hallways on into the apartment in record time. Jamar, Manuel, and Tonio (hope I have the spelling correct) were unfailingly polite and extremely professional. I would have them over for lunch or dinner anytime. I highly recommend this crew.

• The two men who helped me were greatly knowledgeable and delighted to assist me. I had an issue with my apartment building as the closest elevator was broken and the second elevator was further away. Both men said not a problem and worked quickly to move my items to the Uhaul trailer. They are both very good at stacking and using every inch of space. I ran over my time limit of two hours but they had time built in after before the next job and were able to finish loading. I did pay for the extra time. Very happy!

• First they were supposed to arrive between 8 and 9 AM. Called about 930 said the were looking for a 3 mover. Finally arrived around 12 PM. Everything was super hurried. Boxes with arrows pointed up was turned upside down. Boxed dropped. Wanted extra money, but move took less than what I had scheduled, paid. Overall not please with this moving service.

I'm trying to help, because moving is alot and they continued to tell me to relax you we have it covered, and they did! My 3rd floor-fully loaded 2 bedroom apartment was knocked out in my opinion record breaking time! My place was cleared out in less than two hours (more like an hour and a half). They really made the moving process smooth and got a few laughs and water breaks in to make this journey even more pleasant. • Elite moving and Cleaning crew members were extremely polite and by far (!) did a better job with both loading and unloading than my previous mover from seven months ago, who cost more than double what the Elite crew charged me. However the initial communication was not as good as it should have been. This resulted in some misunderstanding about a couple of important issues that could have been avoided had I known what questions to ask- or had they thought about what information they could have volunteered or explained. Nevertheless, if I have a moving need in the future I will use or recommend them.

• I had to call the company to verify move in time and place, not necessarily a bad thing but with moving across country it was second on my mind. They showed up right on time and for only 2 guy kicked complete butt! Loaded a packed 26 foot uhaul into a single storage unit. • On the day they were scheduled to help move, they called me and said they had to cancel or reschedule due to weather and asked my preference. I told them I would like to cancel. I was then asked if they could meet me to give me a cash refund instead of refunding to my card. I asked that they please refund to my card as I did not want a cash refund. I was under the impression that this happened until I received an email yesterday stating I still had an open order. I double checked my card statements and sure enough my refund was never processed. I expect a full refund as the mover cancelled on me and I did not cancel on them.

  To get a t.v mount off the wall a power tool is usually needed we recommend that each customer has the tools to assemble furniture when help is needed
