U-haul did not make leaving this review easy for me. I am greatful to Moveteks. I hired them last minute I the middle of the night after breaking myself packing my truck. They got to me and helped me get the the truck unloaded and everything went great. Life savers.

Joe and Tyler were excellent throughout the moving process, especially at the start. Having never booked movers through U-Haul before, I didn't realize I needed to provide the truck myself and assumed they would have their own. Thankfully they were very understanding and helped move the furniture while the truck was on the way. Once it arrived, the rest of the move went smoothly. I would absolutely book them again in the future.

Joe and Allan were absolutely wonderful to work with – we booked with Moveteks on short notice after our road trip took twice as long as expected, and they worked with us to find a time they could come help us unload. They showed up right on time, were incredibly friendly, and extremely quick while taking care of all of our things and making sure nothing got damaged. I'd give them 6 stars out of 5 if I could!

Guys beat us to the destination due to traffic as soon as we pulled up one helped spot as husband backed in then they proceeded to unload the truck what took us about 4.5 hours to load they unloaded in 30-45 minutes. As we were done in it was well worth the 2 hour minimum to have them there. They were courteous, quick, efficient, and careful of the breakables, and got the job down. Did I mention I only have them an hour and a half lead time. Thank you to the company and those two gentlemen for coming out in the heat and last minute to save us from ourselves and get the job done.

These two guys were fantastic! They were on time, very polite, very knowledgeable and very helpful. I’ve never seen so much furniture packed into a 26 ft. truck, with room to space. It was a tied down with rope, to ensure nothing moves during the drive to CA. I would definitely recommend them and I’ll certainly use them again.

The owner Joe showed up at 1.18pm. They later unloaded couch, sofa, dresser, table from a 20 ft truck. We already unloaded 26ft truck before they arrive. The assembled the beds and sofa. Two people took 4 hours. At the end, there was still 35 time, but Joe, the owner, wanted to leave by 5pm stating that he stopped by a 26ft truck at that time. He never showed up in my address at that time. He left at 5.11pm without finishing mounting the TV saying he needed to come back and paid more. I felt like it was unprofessional and money hungry behavior. His employee Chris was quite nice and efficient and he wanted to finish. Joe just left as soon as he got paid online by me. This is my true review and experience with Joe. If I were him, I would make my customer happy no matter what.
