Wonderful experience with easy movers. We booked last minute (the day before!) Zena called us right away and arranged the time amenable to our schedule. The movers were excellent. I forgot their names but all 3 guys were fantastic. They showed up early and were ready when our u haul got into the city. Wow!! I underestimated my move within Pittsburg. I booked 2 gentlemen for 2 hours. Just loading and unloading. As the time went on, I realized that I needed 2 more hours. No problem said the 2 very accommodating movers, Angel and Carlos!! No problem said Zen, my original contact who was very kind, helpful and professional. Everything was efficient and the 2 movers handled all of our furniture with care! If you are looking for efficient, professional service, use Moving Help!!!!!!!

Have hired 4 moving crews in the last 2 months these guys were by far the best. They showed up early and ready to work, they were friendly, listened and understood our directions well, were very careful with everything including glass antique hutches, stacked the storage unit carefully. Hire them!

Unload of Uboxes was done very fast and we appreciated that. There was an hour left after unloading so the movers offered to help fix furniture as well! They were very gentle with our furniture and boxes and helped us move some larger items into place.

5 stars for all of the dimensions captured in the survey. What really stood out, however, were the comments on the other side of the trip from the group that unpacked the truck. The noted several times how well they packed the truck with ample use of blankets, plastic wrap, twine, etc. Remarkable they would celebrate a competitor's great work, but most notably they have the expertise to make the assessment. I would hire this company again.

Thank you! We so appreciate the professionalism, efficiency, and kindness of Easy Move Helpers and their crew. We called at the last minute and had movers arrive within an hour on New Year’s Eve. I am so grateful for the kindness of the scheduler, and the hard work of the two movers who helped us. We had been unloading for two hours, before they arrived, and only had made a small dent in unloading. They removed all remaining furniture, boxes, and stuff in about 2 hours and were so efficient and kind, even though the route through the apartment complex was extremely long and they had to haul a couch up four flights of stairs. We honestly cannot thank them enough for their support and hard work. Thank you!!

We booked last minute, and Zen reached out immediately to confirm, which put me at ease knowing they could accommodate my move. Marcos and Juan were right on time. Very polite and professional. We had the best experience with our helpers! We heard back from them almost immediately for a last minute request to help to finish getting all the big stuff from one house to another. The two guys that came were INCREDIBLE! They were so thorough and careful with packing and loading and worked quickly and were happy to stay longer and help until everything was done. I was so impressed and so thankful. They were kind and asked detailed questions so that we all were on the same page about what we needed. Incredible. I had to cancel my original move just a few days before. Zen the business manager was extremely flexible and understanding. After booking Zen called to go over details and ask if I had questions. Very clear and excellent comms. The dudes, Marcos and Gonzalo showed up 15 minutes early and ready to work. We were somewhat disorganized and had a lot of stuff still unpacked. They were very graceful and worked around our disorganization. We also had too small of a truck and they managed to creatively tetris everything in there with zero room to spare. They were calm, careful, and efficient. They also plastic wrapped everything that needed protection. Super amazing crew and experience. Going to hire again for my next move.

This move was last minute and stressful for me seeing that I live alone. I am so happy I decided to add movers to my U-Haul reservation this helped me tremendously. The moving team updated me on their ETA and came with supplies to wrap and protect my furniture. These guys were great. Arrived early but no pressure to be there. They took extreme care in everything. My god daughter wasn’t entirely packed and they just rolled with it beautifully. They even helped us figure out the best placement for furniture having staged a bunch of homes. Definitely would hire again. They made moving a really easy experience.

The initial communication was smooth, but the move itself was incredibly frustrating. The crew showed up early, clearly tired and unfocused—low energy from the start. Despite most items being boxed and staged on the first floor, it took 6 hours to load a 28-ft truck. The team moved slowly, often carrying one box at a time, wasting time instead of working efficiently. As the day went on, their packing became increasingly sloppy, and they failed to fit everything, even though we had fewer items due to a prior partial move. There were long periods where they just stood around doing nothing. While the movers were polite, this was by far the least efficient crew I’ve hired. A disappointing experience that cost time, money, and added stress.

This is the second time we used the Easy Move Helpers team and they were just as great as they were the first move. They packed our storage POD efficiently and tightly...it's very impressive to see. They did a great job loading up the truck, even despite the fact that I did not rent a big enough truck for what I had. They managed to squeeze as much as possible in, and only some bulky and easily replaceable furniture was left behind. Highly recommended

They were very professional and wrapped everything. They must be great at puzzles, because they neatly fit everything and when I opened the truck nearly 500 miles later, it was all in the same place.

Unfortunately, my experience with this moving service was disappointing. One of the movers, Marcus, used inappropriate language in Spanish on the job, even referring to the customer's belongings in a disrespectful way, which the customer also noticed. In addition to this, Marcus argued with me, insisting that I wasn’t doing enough work myself, which was frustrating since I specifically hired help to handle the heavy lifting. He also claimed that the one hour he worked should be counted as two, and his overall attitude was rushed and unprofessional. While the team worked hard, the lack of professionalism and poor work ethic overshadowed their efforts. This experience left me questioning whether there are underlying issues affecting how some employees interact with customers and colleagues.

I booked another company together with my uhaul order but they didn't show up and the owner said they had car incident, so I booked easy move helpers through uhaul and they called me promptly and scheduled service to start in 2 hours. The movers showed up on time and started working immediately, they worked so hard and was almost sprinting! They packed and handled everything perfectly! Obviously I underestimate the size of my stuff, they moved almost a full load of 15' truck from second floor apartment(no elevator!) in 2.5 hours! Definitely recommend for your moving job!

There were 4 moving trucks moving students out of the apartment house at the same time we were. Everyone was stopping us and asking where we got help! My experience was horrendous; and a negative review does not suffice for my experience.The company Easy Move Helpers were highly unprofessional; the owner lacks integrity and has no moral compass! Even worse, the owner Marco had disheartening comments about my Indian neighbors; for speaking their native language. The owner refused to complete the job after trying to extend his work by 2 hours prior to completing the job. They took 5 hours to basically load my furniture onto the truck and then partially unload it. I have used Moving help many times and it only took 2 hours not 5! To my dismay I discovered that my new television was broken, my couch frame was broken, along with two pieces of artwork, dresser legs are broken off among other damage to my wooden furniture. Stay away from this company! They are reckless and damaged my furniture intentionally!

Every piece of furniture was safely loaded and unloaded. Couldn't have asked for better help! Easy Move came to the rescue after two other moving companies reneged on the job on the day of the move. They were courteous, strong, and capable of packing our apartment into a 20' truck. Though there was not enough tie-down rope, they provided us a ratchet strap to ensure our materials would stay secure throughout the 10 hour drive to our new home - an excellent gesture of service.

They did an excellent job. They were careful with my Art Deco furniture and wrapped everything in plastic. I had to pay them for four extra hours of work for a total of eight hours to move me from the top floor of my previous place to the top floor of my new place without the use of an elevator at either location. Even after being flexible with the arrival time (and after being called and informed of the payment process) the movers still called and said that they were going to be late....and THEN 3 hours later...texted me that they werent going to arrive at all! I asked them to call me..to work something out...and (of course) they wouldnt. This is an ongoing issue for uhaul and it's affiliate online services....1st there was and issue with the uhaul pods (reservations)...now an issue with the uhaul recommended movers...this ordeal will likely cause a delay in shipment of my household goods to their destination. Do I still need movers? Yes. But do want to chance getting burned by uhaul and/or its affilites again? No Thanks..
