• I booked G I G S Moving Assistance late on Friday without knowing who they were, but knowing we'd need them Saturday! Lucky us! Calvin and Brian responded promptly, let me know they had furniture pads and tie downs, texts back and forth were clear and helpful. On Saturday they were on time and ready to get after the job of moving everything (enough to completely fill a 10x15 storage space) down stairs and then thru the apartment complex to a 20' UHaul truck. There were big items, heavy furniture, fragile items, etc. Communication with us was great, and the flow of work was smooth and very fast paced without any uncertainty--and they checked with us on all items that that looked fragile, etc. Professional experienced work. My last minute planning underestimated the number of hours we'd need. They accommodated this with good spirit and no hesitation, which saved us from an otherwise flawed plan. Calvin had brought all the equipment needed (various dollies, etc.)

• Genuinely so happy i checked the reviews and went with this company. This was my first move where i had any furniture i had to worry about taking with me, and it’s also going to be my first time living alone. Calvin and the other gentleman whose name i’m forgetting (sorry!) were both so friendly and professional and clearly knew what they were doing. It was a quick process and all of my items made it safely and without damage, including a really heavy and awkward futon couch that they got undamaged down a flight of narrow stairs. Thank you so much, you helped make this a lot less stressful of a process than i thought it would be and it means a lot to me!!

• Calvin and Bryan were awesome. Super positive experience with these guys. They helped me unload my U-Haul in June and did a fantastic job. They showed up on time, were super professional, and really took care with unloading my stuff. I actually paid a different company twice as much to help load my U-Haul, but Calvin and Bryan still did a way better job, even with the huge price difference. You can tell they care about doing things right and don’t just rush through it. Great service, honest guys, and way more affordable than anyone else I looked at. Highly recommend them if you need help moving. I hope to hire them again when I move in the future.

• One of the movers, who I was told was a novice, was late 15 min to the job. Still, they were cordial during the move. That is, until I approached them over the phone the next day after unpacking and checking my items, and noticed damages. One of the men who did the unloading picked up and when I tried to gently explain the situation, he very rudely told me that God stands behind him and that I’m lying. I’m baffled by the response and rudeness and would not recommend this company.

• I requested and paid for 3 men to come for 3 hours. But on the day of only 2 men showed up. But they were still able to complete the job in 3.5 hours. The last part was certainly quite rush to load the remaining items. They were nice and professional throughout though. The made just the truck was loaded up to the top with minimal space wasted. Overall an alright experience.

• When he was on the phone to confirm details he was VERY confident in how many people and hours he would need. He asked for more money for additional labor, I said ok. When he got on site she said it would take way more hours and 5-6 more men to move. I sent them home and said I want my money back. My husband and I moved the entire home in 5 hours.
