  • I NEVER leave reviews and I NEVER complete surveys. However, because of the positive experiences I have had with Helping Hands I decided to make an exception and perhaps help others. When I booked the UHaul and the moving service I was concerned. All I could do was go by the reviews. I used Helpings Hands for 2 moves in July 2024 and April 2025. Both experiences were very positive. Communication was good, information sharing was effective, they arrived on time where they were supposed to, they worked hard, they were polite and courteous and in the end all our belongings arrived safely. I will absolutely use them again and would recommend them to others.

  • Overall, my experience was pretty good even though things took longer than they have in the past when I was on a higher floor with more items. When I was unloading the truck I had some damages to my desk, desk chair, and washing machine though. I bought the protection so I’m hoping that I can get those things taken care of. I thought communication throughout was amazing and they worked with me when my moving truck was MIA. I would use them again.

  • I chose these movers based off of the reviews and I was feeling a good about everything with the communication leading up to the move. The day the movers arrived one of them seemed as though they were on some kind of substance. That same one also was incredibly rude and also asked to use the bathroom and stayed in the bathroom for over 20 minutes. The other mover then finally asked him when he was going to be done to help and they started arguing. My things were not packed in a good way in the U-Haul and shifted all around on the move. I haven’t even had a chance to unpack yet to know what all is broken because I was putting my things in storage when I got where I was going. Basically this was the most unprofessional sloppy move I’ve ever had and I’ve moved many times in my life. I would never use them again and I would never recommend them to anyone.
