  • Rell and Les were communicative, efficient, and friendlier than they had any right to be coming off a 2-day, 13-hour job, to then move all my heavy furniture out of a 2nd-floor apartment in late July heat! I appreciate that they offer affordable Safeload insurance, and I appreciate even more that it appears that I won't be needing to use it. From what I can tell, they handled all my antique furniture and porcelain- and everything else- with care, and everything seems to have made it unscathed, so I couldn't be happier! I will 100 percent be booking them again with pleasure the next time I move, and highly recommend them to anyone else, especially if you have antique, delicate, or otherwise precious items that you want to make doubly sure are safe and insured! To Rell and Les- thanks again, guys, and all the best!

  • This was the worst moving experience of my life. The provider was communicative in the days leading up to the move. The move time had to be pushed back because of their other jobs earlier in the day, which I was happy to accommodate. But, when they arrived on-site, there was zero customer service. I felt unsafe and bullied by the owner. No effort was made to fit as much of my stuff as possible into the uboxes. I had to physically move things around and show them where items could go. And they still weren't able to fit two car loads of things, from not maximizing use of the boxes. The owner didn't listen to me and argued, talked down to me, at one point raising his voice yelling. Dropped boxes, broke items. Offered to pay for one, but when I said the price, fought with me about it, never paying. Moving is a stressful experience to begin with, but these folks are supposed to ease that and help. Instead, I paid a large sum to be verbally attacked and have broken belongings.

  • I was very disappointed and angry with the service or the lack thereof that I received from this company. First I had to contact them to confirm the scheduled time for 11/03/20, did it twice before I received a call back from Rell. Informed of scheduled time and then changed it to accommodate his work schedule from 12 noon to 2pm as he requested, only to find myself sitting in my driveway with an empty truck at 2:30 pm. Then I noticed this email "can u give to 4 or 5 get off plane at 3 thank u." WTF If I wanted to move in the dark I would have scheduled it for 4 or 5! Then I get a call from Rell with all these excuses as to why no one showed up. Now I am paying for additional days for the truck because I have to find other movers to complete the move which should have been done a day ago. Will not use them ever again nor will I ever refer them to ANYONE!!
