Broke my tv stand and telephone stand. Had stands for 2 moves and never broke until this move. Mover said it was trash and never apologized or offered to reimburse. I am still upset about this!

i apologize but the partical board was already in ruff shape, you were told it may not keep its shape through the move,u insisted to want the items in the truck so as far as the broken items its on u

Driver was driving truck ahead of me before we left VT. He needed to stay behind me to ensure safety and also it was my truck I rented and not his!! He did eventually stay behind with trip back to NH.

Mover broke two of my tables(tv stand and telephone stand). Mover claimed the furniture was trash. I was upset because I moved twice and these pieces never broke before. Mover packed this wrong.

I didnt like that one of the movers disassembled my recliner without lettign me know first. I want to make sure that assembly would be done.Also this mover was an hour late to the location.

I went with another mover because B.D.E. is not insured. When I asked B.D.E. about being insured, they said that they weren't, but that "none of the movers on the Uhaul movers list are insured."

This was same day service when first helpers were a no show. They tried hard to help but I had no phone service and could not confirm their availability so unloaded myself. They arrived but too late.

THESE GUYS WERE GREAT! They worked on very short notice and even got my washer into a mismeasured door displaying awesome problem solving skills. I hate moving but would deffinately use them again.
