• Didn't get a call after reserving but it was for a move right next day. I called later to see if they were able to commit to the date. They didn't answer because they were in middle of another move and messaged me right away. We talked later over phone once they were finished with their work and they were able to do it at the time I wanted the very next day. Sent the starting address and they were right on time, about 5 mins early. They started work right away and finished loading and unloading right on time. Was happy with their work overall.

• Not only did the movers not show up, but I couldn’t get in contact with them. I texted, emailed, called and left messages, and got U-Haul to contact them. They ultimately blocked me. They left a message for me yesterday without any details about my move today. Please do something to ensure this doesn’t happen again. I’m left to find new help now but can’t take time from work to do so. This is costing me money as a result.

• The crew did an excellent job unloading and taking great care not to damage my home or furniture. They were also flexible when I requested to delay the start because of the weather. They also arrived early, which was appreciated. The reasons that I didn't provide all fives' rating is because there are opportunities for improvements. I was nervous because of a previous review and would have preferred proactive communication to confirm the appointment in advance and again the day before and day of the appointment. In addition, I also believe they should have come prepared with a two-wheeler, which would have helped expedite the process. Otherwise, they were awesome.
