Nate and Scott were great! The were professional, careful with our belongings, great communicators and considerate of us in the process. We underestimated the time it would take to unload our trailer and they had other appointments to get to so they couldn't finish the day I booked. They went out of there way to work it out so they could come back the next morning and finish. Thanks for the great work! I would recommend them in a heart beat.

They were about 30 mins late, but I did receive a text letting me know. I had my rental truck all day, so it wasn’t an issue. Other than that, They were awesome. They handled our stuff well and finished a little early. Scott and Rob were are movers and would highly recommend them.

Outstanding guys do did an excellent job. 300lbs dresser down circular stairway was the major challenge of the load and they did it like the pros they are. Nice job loading trailer with constant consideration for good padding between pieces.

The crew we had was amazing! They communicated with us prior to our move and the day of. Even switching our schedule since we needed it done earlier than originally scheduled. They worked hard and unloaded during the heat of the day, quickly and with great attitudes! They placed everything where we wanted and even moved things around when we changed our mind. I have used MovingHelp.com for two other moves and it went a lot better. They left because he said they had another job to go to. I did not have time to check what they did or didn't do, as I was met at my car for the code as I pulled back up to grandsons house. I WOULD NOT HIRE THIS GROUP AGAIN.

We have long hallways which we understand is inefficient, however they were taking smaller loads at a time increasing the total time worked to near 4 hours. We had to move quite a bit on our own to make the time limit including box springs, nightstands, and boxes. They did a great job packing the truck and everything was moved safely and undamaged.

Nate and his team were amazing. Nate communicated with me well before the move about the help we needed and assured me that they could take care of the job. On the morning of the move he checked in to make sure we were still on schedule, and kept us apprised of his team's arrival time (they had an earlier job that was taking a bit longer than expected). The team arrived only 20 minutes past our 'preferred start time', and worked diligently. The contents of the whole apartment were expertly loaded onto a 20' moving truck in about 90 minutes. The movers were friendly and professional throughout the entire process, and I can't thank them enough for their assistance. I would not hesitate to hire AZ Moving Co. again - their service was well worth the price. In the end we drove the truck 1100 miles and the contents didn't shift...I have never seen a truck so well loaded.

They seemed to be rushed before the day of the move and I was considering using someone else (they had another job to get too) and wish I had. Several items broke during the move and items I said had to make it on the truck over others didn’t make it. Wish they weren’t in such a rush, could have done what they could in the allotted time and left and it would have been better

The guys were very communicative and fast. Initially had thought they did a great job with loading, but when we unpacked at the destination, some of our furniture had been damaged due to improper loading and packing.

These guys are overall great, they are punctual, fast and efficient. The only reason I have to give 4 stars on professionalism is because one of them kept complaining about the hallway walk at the unloading address being too long. Which was the same distance as the loading address but there was an elevator, no stairs. I understand it’s hard work but those comments come across as a bit unprofessional and out of the customer’s control.

DO NOT HIRE for packing as these guys have absolutely no clue how to correctly pack your goods. They did not fill the boxes to the top nor pad enough to keep the boxes from crushing. I have 15 dish packs and only one that is packed to the top with proper fill - the one I had to pack because they skipped an entire cabinet and my utensil drawer. This team did not know the difference between a book box (1.5 cube) and dish pack and 4.5 cube box. How could I, a consumer, possibly know more about packing than them, the movers? I have moved cross country numerous times with truly professional packing teams handling my goods with proper care. This team will complain about how this is harder than loading-unloading as 'that is what they normally do' admitting they are not packers. They also continued to harass me to leave a review before I had even left town and finally fell silent when I advised I would leave the review after unpacking.

I hired these movers to load furniture into my moving truck, and they were able to fit me in last minute. Need to clarify what the moving help limitations are for the paid two hours of moving help. I thought I was paying for two hours of moving help. We had a couch and loveseat loaded first we knew we were taking to storage. Everything we wanted help on moving was loaded and unloaded in around an hour and 15 minutes. I asked if they would come back to the loading location and help load a bed and then help unload the couch, loveseat and bed at our storage location. Keep in mind from pick up to drop off is around half mile or less. From the pickup location to storage about 300 yards. They insisted the work is for one load from pickup to drop off. I asked what if we didn't have a big enough truck. Flippant reply, you would need to get a bigger truck! After I shared a few words of displeasure and told them to never mind they backed tracked and decided to help. Good thing they did or they wouldn't have received the cash tip I somewhat reluctantly gave them.

I hired this company because they are veterans and I like supporting my local vets as a vet and a family full of vets. Walked in kind of rude. Ignored me (the wife) as I gave instruction. Only listened to the husband. At the end of it they were pleasant at the end but that's because it was all over. There were 2 guys. Mainly only one of them was rude and had an additude. We did inform them our water machine had to be put strait up and down, upon unloading we found it sideways ruining 3 boxes drenched in water. They also chipped 2 parts of my husband's desk and im missing a box...

We had asked the movers to not completely block the street with the UHAUL truck and they did that regardless and they parked the UHAUL the way they wanted to unload. They were upset because they wanted to put the UHAUL truck on the concrete driveway of the home and we asked them not to do that and they became annoyed with us. My dad and I were there guiding the movers by telling them where we wanted the furniture inside the home, and my mom was constantly calling me to check in on our large dog that we left outside in the backyard since we had movers inside the house. One of the movers made unnecessary comments because she kept calling me. One of the movers asked does your mom think she knows about concrete? That wasn’t necessary and it made me uncomfortable. He assumed she was calling because they wanted to move the UHAUL to the driveway. We also paid for 3 hrs and they were rushing and decided to leave 45 minutes earlier.

The mover has been slow to communicate. I have waited since yesterday for a confirmation and time. I needed movers this am. Communication has been poor. AZ moving after waiting all night is telling me they were unable to adjust their schedule for this am but is not telling me that cannot make it. The guys were courteous and very hard working. They did not load the 86 inch TV as instructed at the start. I believe he misheard me. After the truck was loaded they layed it flat on top of everything! That is Not acceptable for a thin smart TV. Lastly I noticed big scratches, gouges on the top of my bar fridge and one foot was bent backwards and it won't screw in properly so now I have to have it tilt back quite a bit. The movers were supposed to arrive at 1pm and I was told they would be late. At 1pm they said they had 30 minutes left but then I found out the other job they were doing was 45 minutes away. So they didn’t show up until 3. I asked multiple times when they would arrive and didn’t get responses back. They constantly complained during the job and were not professional. We paid for four hours but they were not moving very fast and so our truck was not unloaded when they left and because they arrived 2 hours late we had no opportunity to finish it ourselves as it was dark. I had selected this moving company because I wanted to support military veterans as my husband is a veteran but it didn’t seem that these were even veterans either. Would not recommend them.

The guys who unpacked our 6 x 12 trailer were awesome. 3 flights of stairs in this heat is brutal, but they were courteous and tenacious. All that was positive. Only negative- I knew it was a 1 hour job, and it took them less than an hour. When booked, 2 hour was minimum, which was fine. When I texted with owner dispatcher, he informed me they needed to charge an extra hour, so 3 hours because it was 3rd floor and hot. I tried to explain that labor is labor and they weren't even going to work for 2 hours. He said 3 hours pay or find someone else. It wasn't worth the hassle to switch companies, and at the end of day, the job was done to our satisfaction. Perhaps they should change their hourly in the summer to cover this extra hour surcharge, that would be far more transparent. I would hire them again.

They showed up at 8 30 am and charged us for it. We paid for 4 hours and only got 3 hours. The two workers left us high and dry knowing they were shorting us an hour and had an interview to go to following the unload! One mover made his political affiliations known; very unprofessional. I found out they screwed over the customer before us too. I'll never use Uhaul's recommended movers again. This is the second time and both were terrible experiences. Would give zero stars if I could.

I scheduled the moving service on Monday. It took them a while to respond because of the holidays I presume. He then texted me to schedule the time which is 7/6/23 for moving out of my storage unit and into my moms house. He asked for the size of the truck and the storage unit size. He the. Texted me today asking if I want to pay for more time because it takes them 2 hours to load and 2 hours to unload. I said no just load and unload as much as you can and I can do the rest. This was at 6 pm today. Last conversation. I received a messaged saying they rescheduled the move without telling me. I need to move out of the storage unit tomorrow or else I will get charged another month. These guys are very rude, money driven, poor customer service and are not reliable at all. It is 12:45am and I’m on here looking to pay for another mover who can do the job in a few hours.

But they were 2.5 hours late and that completely killed our momentum for the day. Originally they did reach out ahead of time saying they would be a little delayed as the first customer was running behind, but made it sound as though theyd only be 30-45 mins late. Additionally while the guys were there they made numerous complaints about how much stuff we were moving and the weight of some of the items. Which I accept that it was a lot (hence why we hired help to move it) but there is some level of professionalism that suggests not continually complaining about the job you were hired to do. At the end of the day I was left with another truck load to move almost by myself because the other help I had in the morning had left (after already being there for 4+ hours) before the guys showed up. Your team ran late because an earlier job took longer than expected. I tried to call or text them to check on the expected arrival time but I was unable to get through, A friend and I loaded our van and drove to the storage facility hoping that they would show up soon to unpack the van. The experience to book was easy. I was excited to support local veterans. Unfortunately our experience turned poor when the movers were 1.25 hours late and were aggressive when asked about further assistance. They left without a word after telling us they would step outside to call their boss. Ignored instruction on keeping household and businesses boxes separate, so I spent an hour picking out all mislaid stuff. Paid for 2 hours and worked only 80 minutes. When I made a comment about being able to treat the 40 minutes like a bonus, they made a comment that it wasn't appreciated at all. True or not, getting to call it quits early should always be a good thing and it's totally unprofessional to behave like you're ungrateful.
