• This was my first time using a moving service, and I wasnt sure what to expect, but after this experience I wont be using any other moving services besides Dos Hombres. These guys were amazing. They took care of all of my stuff, were very personable and kicked ass. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

• They were absolutely awesome and finished everything so fast! Steve had my entire apartment packed up in the uhaul in under 2 hours and transported my objects with care. He did it all with a smile. Absolutely recommend him.

• Steven and his associate were early to our appointment. They unloaded all my heavy furniture up a flight of stairs. Great job! Very efficient! Would definitely use them again!

• Despite my earlier calling to confirm the move, no one showed up at the appointed time and neither Steve nor Eddie was available. Fifty minutes later, one friend of Steve’s showed up even though I had paid for two movers.

• Jaime and Leo were quick, communicative, and awesome to help my wife and I move from our place. They called me the same day (Friday) I booked the appointment. They were on top of it and were very helpful to help us with anything we needed not to mention they were right on time! I HIGHLY recommend their services if you are planning to move and want to save the headache! Worth every penny.

• Jaime and Sammy were very professional, arrived early, got the job done early, and were very fun and friendly to be around. Thank you guys for making our move so much smoother! My only complaint is lack of communication until the day before our move. Would have liked to have been contacted earlier to set move time and go through details. Everything worked out well in the end, which is the most important part for me.

• The muscle was very much worth the cost. Communication wasn’t great as we had to initiate contact both to confirm the job and confirm day of. We had Angel and Jaime who were kind. They were initially fast, but did gas themselves out for the second half of the move. This led to a bit of sloppiness resulting in one broken item. At times seemed to have a bit too much confusion on the Tetris aspect of packing. Also, while they said they would protect the tv between the mattress, it ended up being wedged between hard plastic and a wooden bed frame. There were also plenty of precarious item placements, ultimately leading to a number of gashes on furniture. Though provided ratchet straps, they did not know how to use them. While our movers seemed to have good potential, pleasant demeanor and work ethic, I think that they could benefit from more oversight, training, and pacing.

• Instead of the movers coming out his inexperienced cousin and friend came. They did not move like they knew what they were doing. The friend tried to make me walk backwards when moving something heavy. No big deal at this point. I got called away to help with some things and they loaded the truck. I asked if they secured the overhead compartment, and they assured me that they did. It was not secured at all. Upon arrival to my destination lots had shifted, at least a thousand dollars of damage was caused, possibly more. The people on the other end helped me sort through it and I also had to deal with a bottle of weed killer that was thrown in and got spilled everywhere. I thought the damage was much greater for the leather couch had a heavy piece of metal laying on it. We had to put everything into storage and hopefully not more damage was done than what I initially found. They did stay over few minutes without charging extra, but they did not allow for any additional time.

• The lack of communication leading up to and including the move day was not very good at all. I had to call myself multiple times to confirm that they were even going to show up. Then they were over an hour late. However, once they did show up they kicked ass and were very polite and highly efficient. All in all their service was good, we just wish they communicated better and were on time.
