My 15 foot truck was the cleanest rental that I have ever used. Unfortunately, I only needed it for maybe ten miles. My last rental was from a competitor, I nearly drove it cross country and it was filthy and rough inside and out!

On The Go Movers were fantastic from start to finish. Their communication was spot on, they called me promptly to go over the details and set an arrival time that worked for me. When they showed up, they brought two dollies and a great attitude, ready to tackle the job. After surveying the house, they loaded everything with such speed and precision that I was genuinely blown away, it felt like watching a black belt in Tetris at work. The load was packed tightly and professionally, and not a single item arrived damaged or out of place. I would absolutely use them again without hesitation.

I will be using this company in the future for any future moves. Highly recommend!

They still had availability, and they communicated quickly to schedule a time. The move went so smoothly. They were careful with my items, packed the truck in a way that my items would be secure and undamaged, and had the truck loaded in just 30 minutes! Poor work ethic, initiative, time management of move requiring 2 additional adults from the home to assist in order to complete the packing in the 4 hours allotted. The guys were very efficient! I moved from an apartment on the first floor to one on the fourth and my building's freight elevator wasn't working. They managed to get all items moved via the regular elevator. I didn't think the larger furniture would fit as Two Men and a Truck had trouble with the couch even in the freight elevator but these gentlemen got everything in the smaller elevator with ease. They loaded everything in very efficient ways to take as few trips as possible. Very impressed and definitely recommend On the Go movers!

While the company was communicative and did the job in the assigned time we have been left with broken and unusable item. Upon unpacking our truck the rocking chair form our nursery arrive broken as well as our two larger TV's. I am sure other items are damaged but we have not even begun to unpack our boxes. This is extremely frustrating considering we don't have the money to replace the broken items. My wife and I have moved several time across the country and have never experienced damage like this. Please train your people on how to properly pack a truck so this does not happen to another family. We pay for a service and we expected better.

We ended up breaking a dresser drawer and putting some dings into the wall. Which normally I wouldn't be so mad about but it really didn't help that you could tell some of the workers were exhausted and didn't want to be there. My main point of contact for the job was great! He was very nice on the job and walked me though the issues when they happened but I felt like I did more than I originally anticipated.
