• They didn’t load the trailer all the way to ceiling which required us to unload half of the trailer reload the trailer ourselves.they took less than two hours to load and it took us 3 hours to unload and reload the trailer packing the trailer trailer to its max capacity. I thought these guys knew what they were doing. They need to learn to fill spaces to the max capacity and not just the bottom floor spec.

• The movers were great! They worked quickly and carefully and were cheerful and polite the entire time even though weather conditions were less than perfect. Communication with the move itself could have been better. I was notified by text that they were postponing my move until the following day due to inclement weather. I wasn't aware of the text until they failed to show up at the scheduled time because i was busy packing. I called them to explain that postponing wasn't an option for me and they did end up coming and getting the job done well. In the future, I would recommend a phone call instead of a text if plans change to ensure the message is received.

• I asked them to load my items In a certain way, and my requests were ignored. They loaded the U-Haul how they wanted to, and it does not look secure or professional. I had to continuously monitor them, there was a lot of standing around, they were not communicating or getting along well together Only at the end when it was time to leave, did they hurry up and get to work

• I estimated a total of 2 hours, the movers were fast and efficient. Completed my move in an hour and 15 mins! Super professional and polite; they even wrapped my dresser so the drawers rousing fall out! Super nice! I will definitely book with 716Movers again!!

• I have moved maybe thirty times in my life and this was by far the most exceptional service I have ever hired. Prompt, courteous, professional, and empathetic. Despite trying my best my belongings and apartment were still a mess on moving day and they helped me to get everything together Including some last minute bubble wrap and furniture disassembly. They packed the truck efficiently, never complaining about the job going longer than the expected two hours .. The business owner was very kind and understanding as well. I believe my helper's name was Jerome and I apologize but forgot the other. I would recommend this business to anyone! Thank you again for being such Angels during a stressful time

• Two movers arrived, on time, but one was trouble from the start. I guess he was new and hadn't been screened, he was swearing, angry, wasting 45 minutes arguing with his coworker. He demanded THAT I bring him water. Like, excuse me? Having adequate hydration in the summer when you're doing physical labor is common sense. He continually complained about how much sh!t I had. Thankfully the other mover was totally professional, called his boss and told the problem guy to get going. Then the guy has the nerve to demand that I call him an Uber. So he was removed, cursing, leaving the other mover to complete the job BY HIMSELF. They tried to get another helper out but by that time it was almost 7pm. What should have been a 2.5 hours move took over 4 hours. In the end the owner was very apologetic and accommodating, he did refund me a portion of the fee but I've never seen such a mental breakdown as that problem guy, and I have hired literally dozens of movers.

• After two hours it was clear that we still needed their help. They were able to add one more hour on without hesitation. They were extremely helpful and pleasant. I would use them again.

• Two guys showed up 20 minutes late. We did a walk through, and I pointed out everything that needed to be loaded. I specifically pointed out the heaviest items, and stated they had to be loaded, and any small stuff could be left off the truck, in the event the truck filled. One went right to work, the other was standing around more than working. After about an hour, two more men showed up and the one who was standing around was gone. Things began to improve. I was told three hours were enough, however it took four. Two guys unloaded it in WV in about 1.5 hours. Big problem was that a cabinet and tool chest were not loaded onto the truck. So now I have to spend $1000 to rent another truck and get more help loading and unloading, because of the items that were not loaded in the first place. Not too mention many items that got loaded that shouldn't have been. If you use them watch what they load, I wish I did instead of trusting them to load what I said.
