The moving helper called me and informed me that they were unavailable to perform the job, and to cancel the charge. He didn't block off his work schedule, and he apologized. I made a reservation on Friday, 4/15/2022, and called them and confirmed they'd be able to work on Sunday 4/17/2022. Today, they texted me and said they couldn't do the move anymore and told me to find other movers. I even rented a Uhaul truck for moving. I waisted all my time and money because of them.

I made a reservation with We Move America Inc and Catfish Moving Company showed up. This was very misleading. Also the movers asked about a tip 5-6 times during the move. A customer shouldn't be pressured to leave a tip. The movers finished an hour early and no refund was given.

The movers were extremely quick at loading and unloading the very fully loaded truck on one of the hottest days of the year. But many of my boxes were not unloaded in the proper locations, leaving me to move heavy boxes upstairs. I’ve had 3 back surgeries so that was the point of hiring movers. It
