  • Our entire experience working with Safe and Swift Moving was absolutely amazing! Phyllis contacted me immediately after I made the online booking and was so easy to work with. She communicated the process and made sure to set the move up for success. Then from the moment Chris and his moving parter showed up they were true moving professionals, the way they were able to handle our large and fragile items was such a relief, taking so much stress off of us. Me and the other 5 family members I was with were all blown away by how they were able to fit all our items into the truck with such organization and technique, they then repeated it all perfectly when loading the storage unit. Their efficiency was able to save us so much money in the long run. To top it all off they were so incredibly friendly and polite. It was truly a dream working with Safe and Swift - I am recommending them to everyone I know!

Even when dealing with asthma, Christian and his coworker tackled my move with impressive determination. Hauling stuff up and down four flights of stairs and unloading two U-Boxes is no small job! What really stood out was their great attitude. No matter how tough things got, both of them kept going, always pushing forward. Thanks to their efficiency, they even wrapped up the job ahead of schedule. Christian was not just hardworking—he was friendly and professional, making the whole process a lot less stressful for me.   • Communication was excellent . They called 4 days before move to get details of how much stuff I had and details of the apartment building . The arrival time was determined on that day also. On the day of the move they called 1 hour in advance to let me know they had a flat tire and would be late . This was helpful because I needed to park the U Haul truck while we waited . They were one hour late but I found a spot for the truck , so that was okay. Once they arrived they came prepared with hand trucks and furniture Dollies. I did not expect them to have any moving supplies . They were able to move all my things in one hour . I was Moving from a studio apartment to another studio apartment . After the move was done , someone from the company called to ask how their men did on the move. She said she always likes to follow up with customers . I would highly recommend Safe and Swift movers !

They were also extremely courteous and made sure that disassembled hardware was safely packaged and attached to my furniture pieces for easy reassembly.   • I needed help moving from a studio sized storage unit to a uhaul truck. I booked the service for two hours on a holiday morning and the guys were quick and efficient. Moved me in under two hours and were very competent and professional. Packed the truck thoughtfully and put me in a great position when I unloaded.
