  • These guys are amazing! They were so efficient. We didn’t expect to be able to use them for anything besides the heavy items like our piano, couch, washer and dryer, etc but they loaded almost all of our stuff into our 26’ U-Haul within 2 hours.

  • I paid for and expected two movers. Unfortunately, the second person didn’t show up which made my move a bit more difficult than I had planned. He did give me a refund which I was grateful for but he wasn’t able to help unload since just loading the U-Haul took 3 hours. If you’re moving, I suggest you plan to have additional help or a back up in case things like this happen. The mover was friendly and apologized which I appreciated but it definitely would’ve helped if there was a 2nd person because the move would’ve been faster and they would’ve been able to help unload as well within those 3 hours.

  • Allen & Steve packed the heck out of that truck! They were awesome. Price was lower than all the competitors, & the service was top of the line. They are professional, friendly, hard-working, & willing to do whatever they needed to made sure I was happy. I would never consider moving again, without calling them first.

  • Damage to a couple of items and a couple of walls. Took several frequent breaks and then before the job was done said my time was about up. After a discussion about it they did finish the job. I have hired moving help many times and try to be mindful of all conditions before reviewing. If you only need help for 1 hour, they would probably be ok to use. Anything longer than that i would not recommend them. I will not be using them again.

  • I will not be hiring these individuals again, nor do I recommend their services to anyone. The lead helper repeatedly ignored instructions to place labeled items in their designated rooms inside the house, instead continuing to leave them in the garage. Despite multiple conversations with him and his crew emphasizing that items needed to go inside, they failed to follow directions. Additionally, one of the workers seemed more interested in chatting than actually unloading. They also caused significant damage during the unloading process, and we are still discovering damaged items. Their service was absolutely unacceptable - great communication during booking, but a complete failure in execution.

  • They kept delaying the arrival time originally 11 then 1 then 215 finally came guys didn’t have anything as apparently the movers who were supposed to come has car troubles barely had supplies to do the job . Did their best but also dropped and broke a bookshelf and when asked what they were going to do we were told they didn’t get paid much nothing they can do about it. Could have been a pleasant experience but it was overall horrible and I have done mover many times no issues til now

  • I hired movers 2 weeks ago, and was told they would be at the storage by 2p, then they never showed leaving me in a bind, so I hired 24 - moving, the response time was quick, customer service fantastic, communication is amazing. THANK YOU for coming through, they were quick, efficient and super friendly, definitely recommend.

  • Set to move at 10 am with my truck. One helper showed up over 30 minutes late and then the second helper showed up 45 minutes late. Don't think I would use this service again due to reviews showing continuously showing up late.

  • two men arrived at my home to assist me with my move out of Phoenix. One was on time the other was late arriving, they started the job over one half late.   • Overall it was a good experience. The guys they sent were great and they successfully got the job done. Would have loved a courtesy call from the company when the guys were on the way. Next time I will call them 30mins leading up to the move.

  • They showed up an hour late and only worked for an hour with only loading the beds while I loaded everything else and they also helped unload everything. I should be only charged half the rate and not full rate since they did got there an hour late and did half the job.
