Great service!! They saved my moving after anothee company I've originally scheduled didn't show up... they got on time, helpers were very gentle and took good care of my stuff during the moving, specially with an antique dinnerware very fragile and very important to me, they put special attention and care on it, I'm so grateful for that!

Well you definitely don’t get the two brothers. They will send 2 workers that are very slow and you have to watch them like a baby. I saw one of them standing on the elevator 5 minutes after he left the apartment! If you really hate your job that bad then don’t do it! I choose them due to positive reviews but now I wonder if the reviews is fake.

White Moving Co were amazing. Our moving day had shifted to a day of terrible heat and humidity. By the time my friends and I finished loading everything up, we realised we were beyond wiped out, and there was no way we were going to manage unloading it too. White Moving Co not only responded quickly and professionally to a late evening request, they got there the same day, unloaded in less than 2 hours, and were a joy to work with. The price we paid for the work we got was well worth it. 11 out of 10.

Simply the best company for the job. Went above and beyond. I couldn’t have asked for a better crew. Two guys did the work of ten men.

The team was very understanding about mistakes I'd made that led to a reschedule initially, then led to the job taking twice as long as expected, with extra driving time. It was easy to pay for the extra time through the U-Haul app. They remained friendly, professional, and helpful throughout. They were efficient and did a great job problem-solving to move a large couch through a small entryway. I have no complaints! Just be aware, they don't bring a truck, YOU have to rent one in addition to booking their services (that was my first mistake).
- Rating:
-
The company was extremely unprofessional. I tried to get ahold of them pre move to coordinate things and make sure we were on the same page. They would not return my calls and instead just texted back and forth. We had asked them to deliver boxes and were not informed of any additional charges and then when they had finished they told my husband he owed $2400!!! He asked them how they would justify that and they initially said it was $20 per mile but their office then said $15 per mile. When he pointed out the 10 mile drive was nothing near $2400 they then said they would not pick up the remaining two boxes they had left blocking our driveway. My husband was not able to go to work meetings he had scheduled because of the back and forth with the company who was trying to extort us. They are super shady and they should be kicked off the platform. The only thing that made the move ok was the Uhaul manager who personally came to pick up the boxes himself.

Julio and Manuel provided Absolutely Outstanding service loading my Uhaul truck with items out of a storage locker. They showed up early and first thing plopped down a chair for me to watch and relax. They brought their own plastic wrap to the job to add some more protection where necessary which they did not charge for. They packed the truck masterfully in a way that kept the items packed densely and used the tie-downs I had provided. On the 1600 mile drive, not a single item shifted despite testing the cornering performance envelope of the truck. Highly recommend this team - don't look any further!

Super friendly, super polite, and beyond helpful!! Made the move 1000x easier than it's been in the past and even helped with extra things outside of what I originally asked for! Highly highly recommend Julio & Manuel! They even dealt with my chihuahua mix barking her head off at the 'new, scary people' in her space and tried to be fast and sneaky to not upset her! A day or two after the move I even received a messaged checking that everything was going well and I didn't have any issues with my things (which I did not!). Great experience! I booked them on very short notice (just the day before), and they had excellent communication throughout. I was delayed arriving to the location by about 30 minutes, but they were patient and completely understanding. The movers were professional, fast, and efficient. They handled all items with care—especially breakables, which they wrapped and clearly identified in the U-Haul boxes. Everything was done smoothly and with zero issues. Highly recommend!

I have relocated numerous times over the past several years, and this is the most exceptional moving company I have encountered. Both individuals exceeded expectations, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish. Following a challenging 24 hours, including a 14-hour drive, the two gentlemen who assisted me turned my day around. Not only did they maintain professionalism, but they also made the moving experience enjoyable and exciting. Their pride in their company and employer was evident. I am truly at a loss for words, impressed by the exceptional service provided by these outstanding individuals and the company as a whole. If you are in the Minneapolis area and considering alternative moving companies, I strongly advise against it. You should book with White Moving Co. without hesitation. I assure you that this 5-star business will exceed your expectations.

The crew (1) arrived on time, (2) was courtesy, (3) asked where each item was to go, (4) did not damage any item or the home because it was so very purposely careful, (5) could improve on listening to when the customer expresses concern for moving certain items instead of saying ‘relax,’ (6) spent the last 25 minutes figuring out how to move the heaviest item, which was too long given that my teenage daughters and I loaded it on the truck within ten minutes, (7) finished the job on time, (8) was the best we have had in all our moving experiences, and (9) will be recommend for hire to anyone that we know that needs moving help.

The people I was expecting did not come. Two brothers were supposed to come. Instead, the brother who spoke English did not come. At 8pm the night before Carlos texted me and said he had to go to Miami to renew his license. No license? Instead he sent one young man, one senior man with a broken hand. And a very young girl (who he later told me was supposed to compensate for the man with the broken hand). These 3 were nice people but spoke no English and I don’t speak Spanish so I was unable to communicate instructions. I pointed to the 11 pieces that were the minimum important pieces to move. They indicated with gestures that they would not be able to move the two curios. I’m not sure why. I was near tears not knowing what to do because I called the uHaul people and they said they could not replace the movers the same day. I am running out of space to write so I will end by saying be careful. I was seriously scammed and will be reporting to authorities.
