  • I cannot say enough good things about this company. After a long-distance move from North Dakota to Texas, I was exhausted and had a huge amount of stuff that needed to be unloaded and moved into my new home. The guys from Move With Us showed up ready to work and made an incredibly stressful part of my move so much easier. They were professional, friendly, respectful, hardworking, and extremely careful with my belongings. They worked efficiently without making me feel like they were rushing through the job. They treated my furniture and my new home with care, and they went above and beyond to help get everything where it needed to go. Moving is stressful enough without having to worry about whether the people helping you are going to do a good job. With Move With Us, I never had that concern. They made a huge difference for me, and I genuinely appreciate the work they put in.

  • Changed the time the day before ,did all this at 10 pm the night before . Busted up a few of my totes from stacking to many on hand truck , carried my printer upside down and leaked all the ink down two flights of stairs and then forced my book case in the Uhaul . When it didn’t fit he had the other worker pull the door down with all his weight and broke the frame off of said shelf . Horrible experience save your money and hire true professional not a couple of college kids rambunctiously throwing your stuff in the truck.

  • I have used this team on two prior occasions and they were great. Always prompt to respond and very helpful. This move was very different. The team spent a lot of time arguing about how to load the truck. Prior to moving a mattress I explained it was extremely heavy and they insisted two people could move it, resulting in severe damage. Upon unloading I noticed the washing machine cabined was crushed. The mover called the boss and notified him. I’ve tried multiple ways to contact the boss and file a claim for my mattress and washing machine but no response. Avoid these movers.

  • Did not have the proper expertise to distribute weight in the trailer they packed. I kindly offered suggestions on how to add additional weight to the front of the trailer, however was dismissed and thrown attitude as if I was creating more work for them. A day and a half into our trip and we cannot stop the trailer from fishtailing, thus causing us to have to decrease our speed by at least 15 miles per hour. So far added 5 hours onto our trip from having to travel so slow. Would not recommend using this company for packing a trailer - especially if you want it done correctly to be able to travel safely.

  • Damaged my bed. The foot board to my bed, they placed the posts on my bed as if nothing ever happened. Also damaged my dinning room table, a chunk of wood was chipped off one of the legs to the table. Have not had any solution about this. Giving me the run around first said I need a receipt for the items then said or I can tell them where I bought it from, I did that now they are saying something different. They claim they didn't do the damages but my furniture was in excellent condition prior to them moving my things and they know it. I hate to be this way but it's not right to break something and not take responsibility for it. I have pictures of the damages before and after. Yes these guys work quick but I really wish they would have been upfront about the damages and not try to hide it. I get that my table damaged might have gone unnoticed to them but definitely not my bed. They broke it and then placed it as if it was never broken.

  • Avoid This Moving Company! I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this moving company. They damaged my furniture during the move and have been completely unresponsive to my repeated attempts to contact them about the damage. Their lack of accountability is unacceptable. To make matters worse, one of the movers took an extended break to eat during the move, causing delays and forcing me to move items from the U-Haul myself to stay on schedule. Additionally, another mover displayed shockingly unprofessional behavior by using my bathroom with the door wide open while my daughter and fiancé were in the house. This was inappropriate, disrespectful, and uncomfortable for my family. I expected a professional and reliable service, but what I received was far from it. If you're considering hiring this company, think twice. Poor communication, lack of accountability, unprofessional conduct, and wasted time make this a company I cannot recommend.

  • MOVE WITH US LLC A Nightmare Moving Experience I recently hired MOVE WITH US LLC for what should have been a straightforward relocation. Unfortunately, it turned into a disaster. Here’s a breakdown of the issues Inadequate Staffing-Despite prior knowledge of our heavy items, they sent three high school students who were ill-equipped to handle the move. Exorbitant Charges-Charging $200 per table was unacceptable given 3 neighbors had to help. Unprofessional Behavior-The movers were distracted texting and waiting for directions, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. Incompetence in Loading-Our belongings were haphazardly loaded, leading to damage and inefficient use of space. Damaged Property-Our wood floor was scratched, and promises of repair went unfulfilled. Battered Furniture-Our furniture arrived in worse condition than before. In summary, MOVE WITH US LLC’s performance was abysmal. Avoid their services to save yourself the headache and frustration.

They were extremely professional and handled everything with great care. The movers worked quickly yet efficiently, ensuring that every item was properly packed and secured in the truck. • RUN THE OTHER WAY. We called to ensure their availability, they said yes. They assured me that they would be at my house at 630pm and no later than 7pm.I kept getting text stating they are a little behind. My truck is booked, we began moving because we were running out of time despite being injured.Which is the reason for getting movers. They finally show up at 920pm, storage is now closed so I had to extend the truck that now has my things. Costing me by the hr. They halfass helped, one was clearly on drugs or intoxicated. One decided to pee while there was no covering to the door. It was removed to take washer out. Then they sat on the floor and would not leave with out the code with 3 women in the middle of the night. I had to book new movers the next morning who got everything done without issue, on time and with time to spare. I cannot express my disappointment enough. If they couldn’t make it, don’t accept the job. I could have booked another company.
