Frank and team were awesome! They packed the trucks full where I didn't think everything was going to fit and the same for the storage area. The guys brought hand trucks (dollys); so, I'd recommend having other moving supplies you might need on hand - blankets, plastic wrap, paper, etc. I will definitely hire them next time I move.

They were so fast! What I was expecting to be a 3 hour job ended up taking just 2, and I believe that this was in no small part thanks to how speedily they worked. My one qualm was that they didn't have equipment to carry a mattress. This may have partially been my bad as I'm not sure that the uhaul site saved the comment that I made about how heavy my mattress is (125 lb). But it did unfortunately lead to the movers simply dragging it along the ground at one point. At another, they left it sitting on one small box, hanging down on all sides, which is terrible for the foam. I'd have preferred that the job take a bit longer and we somehow find an alternative, especially since I had paid for another hour and we had multiple dollies to work with. Instead, that part did unfortunately feel TOO fast to the point of being rushed. That said, I would hire them again, 100 percent. Next time I'll just make sure to have any potential moving tools available that they may need.

We have already discovered multiple items that are missing after the move. This was my first time hiring movers and I will probably not hire movers again.

Matt and Frank were TOP notch movers! They thoughtfully packed our U-Haul paying close attention to items of value (bubble wrapped desk, couches, etc). We thought a 20 foot U-Haul would be plenty large, but it was packed to the brim- and we could not have packed it more effectively and efficiently than Matt and Frank did. They were so kind and professional, we would utilize them for any move in the future!

The two gentlemen that helped me move a ton of small box items, out of three storage units. With only two hours of their time i was able to get all my stuff out by the end of the day! I showed then which units and let them take them rains. I am very impressed. Not only in their hard work but dedication to doing it right! My uhaul was perfectly packed! These young men worked with intelligence, respect and communication. They showed up early, called ahead and worked a little late! They didn't show up at the time agreed a day before which was 1130 am. They didn't get there until 1 pm and I had to call them to see where they were at. Also one of the guys were drunk and it looked as though the other one was drinking liquor during in his energy drink can. When they were finished they told me that they did 3 hours and 25 minutes of labor. That wasn't true at all they had done 2 and 25 minutes. They were late! I didn't want to be bothered with them anymore so I gave them $100 in cash. After being pressured to give cash instead of using Zelle. They hounded me about it! I will never use their company again!

Communication was good prior to my move. However, the actual job of moving my belongings was not great. Two guys came to help and it felt very unorganized. All of my stuff was neatly packed in the truck, and when they started unpacking, there was stuff everywhere, and things were falling out of bags and boxes. One box was completely broken down the side and shoes and random items were on the ground. It seemed like it was more important for them to get the job done and leave as fast as possible instead of carefully handling and moving my stuff.

DONT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. First off, the guys showed up smelling like marijuana. In the house I moved from, they were dragging a heavy dresser and I told him to stop because he was scratching the floor. During the unpack, I explicitly said not to drag anything because I just had my hardwood floors refinished. They chose to drag the same dresser, leaving an 8 foot long scratch in my entryway that cost $600 to fix & required me to move all my furniture back out myself. I understand accidents happen, and I even tipped the guys because I’m a reasonable person who thought the company would stand behind their own negligence. These guys are overworked and will damage your home and belongings when they get tired. I’ve used uhaul movers every move and never had such a bad experience. Dyonta Sigarst, the owner, was a terrible communicator from the start - I should have taken this as a sign of the professionalism. He would not return my phone calls or texts and refused to pay for the damage.

Would highly recommend them and would use them again if or when I move in the future.

$4,000 in furniture damaged and broken. $500 mirror + EVERY piece of wooden furniture, all well-wrapped for protection. Made us carry large furniture while one of the two movers stood in the back of the Uhaul rearranging everything for hours, causing said damage from dragging and shoving. Took 45 minutes to move an 82-inch couch alone. For reference, it took 45 minutes for 2 movers to move us into the same place a month prior, 3 hours for these 2 movers to get everything out WITH our help because the guy in the back of the Uhaul refused to load in a timely manner. He wouldn't allow us to pack or touch any of OUR belongings in the Uhaul that WE paid for. Without any accusations, we notified the movers of the damages and asked for the best course of action (claim through our insurance, theirs, or through MovingHelp). Didn't answer and started blaming us for the damage to items. Communication from Dyonta is non-existent. Childhood, family, and invested furniture were ruined forever.

Frank and Tyrone did an exceptionally good job with getting my place cleared out and loaded, they even had to take apart my son bed and put it back to ultimately correcting the built I had previously did. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME is all I can say about them.

The movers sent 2 gentlemen, one that had very little experience. They were late arriving. We waited 20min for their ride to show up to take them to final destination. When we reached our unload location, One mover began pulling our area rug from the truck. Your could hear it begin to tear, and he continued anyway. I stopped him, showed him the snag, I climbed in the trailer and freed the carpet as he stood there, We reviewed the damage together. I complain to the the person I scheduled originally with. He asked me for pictures of the damage and a receipt as he said he had insurance and would replace it. I supplied those to him and have text evidence. He has since ghosted me and won't respond. I have submitted a formal complaint and still waiting for resolution. I've waited long enough, and want to warn future customers.

I have nothing but good things to say about Amazing Pack Moving. Frank and Tyrone were the ultimate professionals and really cared about the quality of their work. I had paid for 3 hours of service but it ended up a bit over that, yet they stayed until the last item was loaded into the truck. If I'm ever in that area again this is the company I will call for moving services. Thanks again guys you were a lifesaver.

The communication about them being 30 minutes late was at least communicated. But I didn't get the 30 minutes back at the end and they left 10 minutes early in a hurry. They were hard workers and did a great job packing. But I was left with 2 TV that I thought were packed left in the kitchen and a table leg. I could have used the 40 minutes to get the rest of the stuff to the garage. Kind of left in a hurray and everything wasn't complete. One TV was too heavy for me to carry so now I have to get a helper. I guess I wish I would have gotten 3 hours of help like I signed up not 2hrs and 20 minutes.

They showed up on time, communicated before and during the move extremely well, and got us loaded up in less than 2 hours! We would recommend Amazing Pack Moving LLC to others. We first scheduled them to unload two PODS on a single day. Dyonta contacted us promptly to confirm the order and was available by phone to answer our questions. When our move expanded to a third POD to be delivered on a later date Dyonta responded promptly on a holiday to our second order for unloading the third POD. When it snowed Dyonta gladly accommodated a schedule change. Our movers, Frank and Tyrone, arrived as scheduled on both days, knew how to do their jobs, did not waste time, worked hard the whole time, stayed until the jobs were finished even though that required more time than we had booked, dealt well with the long distance between the PODS and our townhome door (some of which was icy), did not complain about the many trips down the basement stairs carrying lots of heavy boxes, and were polite and friendly. The Amazing Pack Moving team did what they could to lessen the stress of moving.

Movers were told to carefully handle 75 inch tv. Instead, they removed the four layers of protective blankets when moving my 75 inch TV. Left only the protective bubble wrap. Movers placed tv down on the bottom left corner of the screen rather than on the stand to adjust grip. This resulted in the screen cracking, as it cannot support weight anywhere other than the stand. Contacted owner to resolve issue and replace the screen. Initially responded, stopped responding after a few texts. Legal action will be perused if issue is not resolved. Do not use this service.
