  • I was impressed at how nice they were and were willing to help with everything. They worked very hard, even in very hot weather, and loaded my cargo trailer with more than I thought would fit. This is the second time I used them and plan on using them again as we are in the process of moving more items over several trips. This, being the second time using them tells you how pleased I am with their professionalism and hard work. Since this is a long distance move, I was also happy with the way they packed the trailer that resulted in smooth towing with a well balanced load.

  • They used the furniture blankets I provided for the first piece of furniture. Turns out they only used that one. They crammed everything else in the truck without any concerns for scratching. My $4000 leather sofa has scratches on the leather. The movers at my destination remarked (without prompting) that wood had been placed on wood despite there being a pile of unused blankets in the back. Have never had that experience before.

I worried I had booked too small a rental truck, too small a storage, and had reserved too little of their time. Cisco and Patrick had the entire apartment packed and unloaded in lightening speed, were incredibly professional, respectful and courteous, and showed great care and caution in their handling of my belongings. They were even able to get everything unloaded in only the smaller of the two storage units I reserved, saving me hundreds of dollars in rent. • Chris and team were the best! We put in a very last minute request for help GETTING READY for the movers coming the next day. The fellows completely understand our predicament and were eager to help! In two short hours, they brought everything from upstairs down; they carefully and professionally wrapped a large number of antique lamps; they 'staged' the furniture in the garage so that all the movers, who are coming tomorrow, have to do is literally load the moving van from the garage! We are moving my 91 year old Mom to assisted living in another city (closer to family) and it has been huge and complicated! The guys understood our system and quickly adapted to it. 'This goes to Mom, right?' 'Purple is for Mom, right?' They just understood and got to work! We would have been scrambling when the movers came if these two men hadn't been willing to come to Kerrville from San Antonio and lend us their strength and moving wisdom for a few hours!

  • I had the pleasure of working with the F and C moving team, and I must say they did an exceptional job. From start to finish, they exhibited the utmost professionalism, hard work, and motivation. They handled the unloading of my belongings with the utmost care and a great attitude, even in the face of numerous stairs and a substantial amount of stuff. Not a single complaint from them. I can confidently recommend their services, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. It's important to note that U-Haul gave me an unrealistic quote for loading a 26-foot truck, expecting a two-person crew to complete it in two hours. I am a witness to this and I can attest that this time frame is insufficient, as it takes longer to load the truck properly and maximize the use of space with careful precision.

  • I recently used moving services that left me thoroughly impressed. The F and C Moving team was exceptionally professional and motivated throughout the process. Their work was of the highest quality, displaying a careful and professional approach to handling my belongings. However, it's worth noting that U-Haul quoted a loading time of two hours for 2 movers to load a 26-foot truck, which, in my experience, is completely unrealistic. It took longer than that, and I can personally attest to this.

It was sooo nice to be able to just turn the unloading over to them, and, after some initial instructions, they took the initiative and saw the job through with minimal input from me. They appeared to welcome the challenge to empty the truck in the allotted time. I had not even hoped that so much could be done in such a short time! And the whole time, Ramon and Mike were extremely positive and professional, addressing my older dad as ‘sir’ and otherwise showing excellent manners. They finished in less than the prescribed time, and I barely had to lift a finger. We will be able to turn in the moving truck 2 days early!

  • I hired the movers for the afternoon timeframe. Originally, the man told me 4pm would be fine, but he had another order and needed some flexibility. I was okay with some flexibility, and he told me 630pm they would be available. At 630pm we showed up to our storage unit to unload and they still hadn't arrived or left their other job. They did not arrive until after 8pm. I did not even get a full 2 hours since the storage unit closed at 10pm. The movers that arrived commented that if I had loaded the storage unit better then more would have fit. This was upsetting since if they had arrived on time they could have arranged it the way they wanted to. Not impressed. The company should have not accepted the job if they had another job taking up more time.

  • Ramon and Chris were amazing in moving me out of my college apartment. In all my 5 years of using movers, I have never meet anyone as professional, punctual, or hardworking as these movers. You HAVE to book them, I promise you will not be disappointed. They arrived on time and helped me park my UHAUL truck in a tight space (they didn't have to do that) and carried my items and belongings from the apartment to my truck carefully and quickly. They also carried my items up three flights of stairs without scratching or breaking anything that I owned (Keep in mind that I had a heavy couch, extremely heavy desk, mattress, and bed frame). They were humorous and kept the job atmosphere light, and were kind and fun to talk to. Once again, I've used 5 different movers in the past and I've never met anyone like these movers. I will be booking again in the future and they have my business. I won't book anyone else and I didn't hesitate to tip them extremely well for their hard work and dilligence.

  • This was a in-town move from house to another house. I have moved a lot and I have to say these guys were the best I have hired. Not only were they flexible when I had some truck challenges, but they showed up with equipment, Dollies tape, etc and knew how to load a truck to get everything in efficiently. They even advised me throughout the process on what can fit so I could decide what had to go on this trip. I even had a 400lb gun safe that had to get up two flights of stairs and they had an electric dolly to lift it! I opted for the additional Gun Safe Moving service and really glad I did. I was not comped or paid for this review, I seriously just had such a seamless move with these guys. They were flexible, professional, polite, fast, efficient, and showed up with equipment! Moving is stressful enough, these guys take some of that away. Highly Recommend!
