The crew was so helpful, prompt, and careful with unloading our 25 foot truck into 4 separate units at the storage facility. They helped us out on a Saturday night because our travel plans hit a few snags to delay our arrival to the storage facility. They navigated this challenge with ease and did such a great job. They even brought an extra helper to get the job done quicker for us after a long day of driving cross country. I HIGHLY recommend this company. We will certainly hire them again when we make the big move from storage into our new Plano home. Received text check-ins prior to and during the process which was such a nice extra touch to ensure the job was going along well. Can’t say enough good words. Just hire this company. No need to look elsewhere.

Eva and her team are TOP NOTCH!! This is the second time I've booked their services and they NEVER disappoint. I booked an unload for a Friday but reached out the day before to see if they had anything available for that day, last minute. They made it happen! My first booking a few months back was an emergency situation. I booked another mover but they didn't finish the job and I was stranded with no help to unload what they had loaded. I was distraught! A friend found Eva's booking and scheduled for me. The team arrived within 30 minutes and unloaded my truck in an hour. They are fast, dependable, reliable and caring. I have referred them to everyone I come in contact with needing moving services. I will ALWAYS call them for my moving needs!

Eva Moving and Delivery provided outstanding service to me during my move today. They kept me informed of their arrival schedule, and even though they were traveling quite a distance to my unloading point they were right on time. Then when there was a mixup with the company renting my storage facility, Yamira was very professional and said they would gladly wait for the snafu to be resolved. The young men doing the unloading were very careful with my possessions, some of which were in a delicate condition. Everything arrived in very good condition. Eva's Moving and Delivery did an absolutely phenomenal job helping us move! Yamira, José, and Freddy were knowledgeable about the moving process, and were both quick and efficient both loading and unloading our 3 bedroom, 2 bath (1200 sq ft) apartment into a townhome across town. They did not lollygag a single second. They took no breaks other than to get a sip of water. When we drove separately to the new townhome, they actually arrived before us, which showed us, they took our time seriously. They were very careful moving all of our things (furniture, boxes, washer, dryer, televisions). We couldn't ask for a better moving team. We have hired them now 3 times and they have never disappointed us in the slightest. Their communication from the time you consider hiring them until the job is complete is above par too! We will continue hiring them again every time we may need to move. We can't rate them or recommend them highly enough. Thank you Yamira, José, and Freddy!!!

I can thank Eva Moving and Delivery enough. They came through in the clutch for me. I was down to the wire to move and had some really heavy items. I scheduled the moving help on Uhaul’s website for the same day. We spoke over the phone and they told me they would be here at 200pm. At 130pm I got a text saying they were 10 minutes away. They got right to work. They wrapped all of the items before sending loading them in the truck. They were quick and efficient! We went over time by 30 minutes but it was because of the size and weight of my washer, dryer, and refrigerator. Those were a nightmare but they got them handled. Thank you for all your help!

Yamira was my point of contact and she was always so flexible and communicative! She was completely fine when I mixed up my moving companies (due to a move to another city) and was so kind about us running behind schedule on moving day. Her team was the best team too! They came prepared with all the equipment needed to move heavy items, and worked fast and efficiently. They also were so careful with all my items and really didn't want me to carry even small items. This team was the most kind and helpful team of movers I've ever encountered!

Great team. Very professional and kind. I accidentally got the wrong size truck and instead of my move being ruined, the team got to work while my daughter exchanged the truck. The customer service support was also very kind and worked with me and didn’t make me feel stupid for my mistake. They worked really hard and helped with so much that, by myself, I could have not have finished anywhere near the time they completed the job. Also all of my belongings were properly protected and loaded on the truck well and did not break in transit for a long distance move. I also loved the friendliness of the manager’s greeting on the phone and the appointment process. Highly recommend.

Where do I start. this move was an emergency move. I had less than 24 hours. This team came and stood on business. My movers were on time, brought extra supplies to secure everything. And they moved fasttttttttt. I packed everything before they made it so it would save time. One of the most important thing to me was my big gallon fish tank. They wrapped it up and moved it without a problem. The supervisor is really sweet as well. She came to make sure her workers were good. I moved into a bigger place and when we got there those guys had a plan on how to get my very big bed to the second level of my home from the patio. I can't say enough about Eva Moving Company. I give reviews based on my personal experience and am brutally honest. That matters because EVA MOVING STEPPED IN TO CORRECT an issue with a different company scheduled to complete the job. When I contacted UHaul, I was told they are only a marketplace for the vendors. Even though I paid UHaul directly and bought the insurance, UHaul offered no help to correct the Load-unload issue created by the first movers that damaged $700 in destroyed property and additionally broke a new fence gate & closer, dented the fridge doors, after only loading 2 items. Then EVA MOVING CAME TO THE RESCUE. Loaded the entire household in less than 2 hrs.. Had 4 people and only charged for the original 2 people for the 2 hrs agreed upon. WOW, what a positive company that fixed what another company completely botched!!!!! I would recommend this team to anyone as their Customer Service is SECOND TO NONE, even when they didn't have to be.

EVA and Team did not disappoint. In fact, the overall service was over the top AMAZING; continued communication on arrival time; arrived on time. Oh, and the best part was we did not plan to need any help unloading our U-HAUL, but the next waking up to unexpected illness and limited help options. We decided to reach out and to our complete surprise, they were not only available same day, but would be at our house in less than 3 hrs and we live 70 miles from the DFW area, UNBELIEVABLE! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVA’S MOVING! We will not hesitate to use them again!

The team arrived on time, were incredibly professional, and handled all my belongings with the utmost care. They worked efficiently but never rushed, ensuring everything was securely packed and safely transported. What really stood out to me was their excellent communication. They kept me informed throughout the move and were always happy to answer any questions. Moving can be so overwhelming, but the crew’s friendly and positive attitude made it such a pleasant experience. If you’re looking for a reliable, hardworking, and professional moving company, Eva Moving and Delivery is the way to go. I will definitely be using their services again in the future!

Our guys were really great. We were able to make our move in the 3 hours we reserved with a bit of time to spare (we moved about 30 minutes away from where we were and to a 2nd story apartment). We have less furniture than most but even if we had a couch and stuff, it probably only would’ve taken them another 30 minutes. They were really efficient and handled everything pretty well in my opinion. No real complaints. One box was upside down but it’s fine, I packed everything pretty well. We will definitely use this service again when we move again. They have their own equipment which was very helpful. Thanks!

We booked Eva Moving the night before our move on the road when we realized we wouldn't have enough time or energy to finish on our own when we got to town. She called me back within the hour at 10pm and confirmed details, including that we didn't know our start time yet and said just let them know and they'd send the guys our way. Some people may not prefer getting contacted that late at night, but since we were in crunch time it was very welcome. She responded to my text the next day after we got the keys fast and gave us an estimate for later in the day which they managed to get within 30min. of. The two guys unloaded our trailer efficiently and quickly even in the 100+ degree humid heat. All interactions were good with these movers, I recommend them.

There was a fight that broke out between the two movers with raised voices and fighting over a hammer. Some items were a bit scuffed up or damaged. The business owner was contacted and she was quick to respond and even drove over 2 hours to see what was going on in person and to try to resolve the issue. It was difficult to effectively communicate since my Spanish is very limited, but I feel like for the most part I managed to. I really appreciate that the guys did help a lot with moving all my things from a second floor apartment to a house where there is a flight of stairs. They were also curious and friendly towards me.

They were able to get everything in our 3 bedroom house loaded into a 26 foot truck but took 5.5 hours to do it. I have used moving help through U-Haul several times in the past and they were by far the slowest company I have used. We booked a 3 hour move but were nowhere near finished at the 3 hour mark. After driving 14 hours to Dallas, I was very eager to get settled in my apartment and Jose’s team was super quick. I walked to the store and was gone for 20 minutes and when I came back majority of the truck was emptied. None of my things were broken during the move either. I couldn’t have asked for a more friendly, professional and capable moving crew than Eva Moving and Delivery. Yamira’s communication before and throughout the move was excellent. They were very careful and didn’t leave until we were completely satisfied with the placement of all the furniture. This crew is top notch and highly recommended! Thanks Yamira and crew for a great moving experience!

They were very communicative before the move, arrived on time, worked very hard, and packed very well. They went over and above with unloading and making sure things were placed where I wanted them. When getting the refrigerator into the house and kitchen posed a challenge due to its size, they problem solved and made it work. Highly recommend!!

Easy contact by phone before the move and they texted when they arrived. Arrived early and had the job completed within the 2 hours. We had no issues with them. Professional, polite and easy to work with. This was a move in Durant, Ok.

After another mover left me high and dry they took the job with basically no notice and showed up quick and worked very fast the entire time. Helped take things apart and secured the load extremely well and professional. Everything is locked in really tight and nothing's moving. They were very polite and honestly I just can't speak highly enough about them one of the best moving helper experiences I have had and I have used the system over a dozen times

Amazing! Words can't describe the service provided by Eva's. I booked it extremely last minute and they responded that they would be there as soon as they finished another job. They drove 1. 1.5 hours to do this move for me. They kept in touch with me and let me know when they were headed this way, how long it would be and then again when they were 10 minutes out. They were extremely efficient and wasted zero time loading and unloading. Highly recommend you support this small business. Oh, did I mention that they also had to drive 1.5 hours back? Unreal! Well worth booking Eva Moving and Delivery.

What a refreshing surprise to have help from such caring people. They cared for belongings as of they were their own. They made moving a very easy, beautiful experience. So, so encouraging to find people who serve with love. I would trust them with my Grandmother's treasures. Very much appreciated the love and care they put into their work. I believe that they were Angel's in disguise. Blessings to you and yours and precious, sweet Eva, may your blessings come to you one hundredfold!

They were three hours late and never called to give updates. I kept calling and they would say a time and then that time would pass and I would call again. We had a full UHaul that was so back and instead of starting at 1 which was the biomed and confirmed time, we started at 4.

Could not say enough good about Yamira and Jose! I made a last minute reservation and they were able to accommodate first thing the next morning- going as far as sending the boss lady in to help move since all their regular staff was already booked. I really appreciated their communication and their demeanor during the process. We went from a 26 foot trailer to a 20 foot storage unit. They optimized the space so well there was room left to spare! On top of all that, they finished in 1.5 hours and let me use their moving blankets to give extra protection. An incredible moving team with inspirational teamwork, efficient, timely, and so very kind. I will be using them again when moving out of the unit.
