  • 10 out of 10, will be using same company for my next move! The guys were FAST and professional. Took direction well, booked for 3 hrs, finished in 2. They even took the stuff I had unloaded upstairs, offered to put my couch together and rearrange where the boxes were. I only had them put the couch backs on because I wasn't sure of placement yet. I did have a nightstand break (poor guy slipped on wet ramp due to rain-thankfully he is ok) and the owner went ABOVE AND BEYOND trying to find a replacement for it, get it shipped or delivered, etc. As a note-Uhaul needs to put friction strips on their ramps, so if you book ANY moving service and expect rain, try to find something to help with slippery surfaces.

  • Casey and Chance were heroes and champs for us! After our original movers showed up and declined to move us because the job seemed too difficult, we were in a panic for what to do next. We called Casey and he made it sound like they could do it without a worry. We mentioned the crazy amount of stairs at our walk-up condo, and Casey just accepted the challenge like a champ, joking that they would 'get their steps in for the day'. Our move was not easy due to the walk-up of 2 flights with all our stuff, but Casey and Chance not only did the work, they were gracious when I kept apologizing for the amount of stuff we had. Casey made us feel not only comfortable, he was respectful of our items and had a great sense of humor along the way. Chance was a nice young man who worked hard and kept saying they would get it all done. And they did! They saved us, and we couldn't be more thankful. We highly recommend this crew. They will be the only people we call next time. (with less stuff, I hope)

  • We have moved a number of times and never experienced such professionalism and care. Casey, who coordinated the logistics for us, was understanding and responsive. He made us feel confident and cared for going into move in day. Nick, Mario and Chase were outstanding movers! They brought their own materials, carefully wrapped and handled all of our fragile items, packed the U-Haul perfectly and made sure we were totally satisfied before leaving. Not to mention, their positive attitudes and sense of respect. Highly recommend this company for an efficient, trustworthy, 5-star experience! We will definitely use them in the future.

  • They were very helpful, but the quality went downhill as the four hours progressed. Things that went in the truck early were really well wrapped and safe. At the end, things weren’t wrapped well (even though we had tons of furniture blankets left), and things were broken when we arrived.

  • I hit a pothole on the way to Ohio and I think the load shifted some at that point. I provided 4 ratchet tie-downs for them to use but they only used 1. Perhaps if they had used more everything would have stayed more secure. Chris and Cam were very friendly and easy to work with.

They called me to confirm a time the day before the move then on the day of they text me to let me know they would be arriving a little later than planned. Once there it was top notch service they navigated 2 pretty heavy pieces of furniture out of a room and down the stairs. Had a much easier time at the unload 30 minutes away as that place has an elevator. Would definitely recommend Top Tier because they are Top Tier

  • Booking the movers was a breeze and I booked them based off of the great reviews. The owner called me and I sent him pictures of everything that had to be done ensuring me that the extra 2 hours I booked which the site recommended 2 men 2 hours and I booked an additional 2 hours to ensure we would be loaded and unloaded at our new place. Unfortunately the job was too big for 2 men and 4 hours, so glad I booked the extra 2. Got a call that they were not going to be able to finish the job and they had to leave AT 3 because of other jobs. Was told that we had to book a minimum of 2 hours which was not in our budget at the time I feel like some exceptions should’ve been made to accommodate what we were guaranteed would happen. Luckily the U-Haul company didn’t charge me an extra day because we we turned it back in super late due to the inconvenience. If you book with this company pleas ask for Juan and Chris great team and very strategic with packing the truck! Minor hiccups.

As soon as I booked, they reached out to me via text to confirm the appointment and make a game plan based on the things I needed moved. Later on in the week, they text again to touch base to see if any changes needed to be made and then once more the day prior to the move. When it came to the move, I was blown away by both their efficiency and care with my belongings. I have moved A LOT and I have used a number of different companies and no other company has EVER been able to successfully move me in 6 hours or less. And to top it off, this is the first time I have ever done a move without a single thing breaking or being damaged. Very attentive to every request during the move. Items were carefully handled during load & unload. Well worth every penny spent.   • Casey and Chase were top-notch. I booked services at the very last minute and immediately received a call setting up a time for the following day. The guys showed up on schedule, worked incredibly hard to get a half trailer unloaded and moved to a storage unit. When the work was clearly going to take more than the planned 2 hours, they had no problem staying for the extra 3 hours! They didn't stop until it was absolutely clear that the work was done. I couldn't have gotten this done without their very professional help. I would recommend Top Tier Moving in a heartbeat. Thank you, Casey!!
