  • I highly recommend them. Best truck loaders I have ever used, and very affordable. They went thru all my rooms and I stead of loading one room at a time, they looked at all the different sizes and weights of each item and took things from each room in a mixture of things from other rooms so the truck would load best. If you hire them show them what is going and get out of their way until you see at the end a safely, neatly loaded truck. Uhaul estimated a 3 hour job, they finished in 2.5 hours. My house was not easy as items were spread between house and guest house. I would say these guys know their stuff better than any movers I have used, 5 moves n last 15 years.

  • Florida Trusted Movers were absolutely great to work with. They arrived on time and worked non-stop to get the 26 foot U-Haul loaded, even with having to work an additional 4 hours due to my underestimating the time it would take for the job. I purchased a ham radio estate in North Port, Florida and sent a friend of mine to load it up and transport it to my home north of Pensacola, Florida. This was not a typical home move, as it consisted of approximately 80 plus tower sections weighing between 40 and 100 pounds. All the tower sections were on the ground. There were also 10 plus ham radio antennas on the ground. Some of the ham radio antennas needed to be taken apart to fit in the U-Haul. A number of totes weighing 10-50 pounds were located in the garage and also had to be loaded in to the U-Haul. I would rate the personnel of Florida Trusted Movers as 12 on a scale of 1-10.Communication by text and email was also great. Hire them for any project they will do you right.

  • They left in the middle of the unloading due to rain. He said it would be an hour. It was more like 2 hours plus. I started unloading what I could. By the time they got back, it was dark and wet from the rain. All the bugs came in and the floors were filthy. They didn’t offer to put the beds together? They charged an extra $300 for all this. I agreed to the text out in frustration, I wanted them gone. Do not recommend

They also kept me up to date during the move on possible items that couldn’t make it due to me having a smaller than required truck. • What a nightmare it was with them, right from the start Jay the lead operator started complaining that I did not schedule enough time to load the 26-foot box truck2 hours, he said i needed 3 hours. This is the same size truck I used 2 years ago, and they loaded it then in 2 hours as well as the unload. Then he starts complaining that I am ripping him off, he accuses me of falsifying my load weights that there were too many objects over 250 lbs. Yes, I had a 30 in lawn mower that weighed 330, but it has wheels so no lifting just push it up the ramp. still accusing me of RIPPING HIM OFF. 5 times he said i was ripping him off. i had enough unprofessional badgering from him and told them to complete their 2 hrs. and leave. with that i got a half-loaded truck, I had to rent another that night, hire different people to load that night and then the next day hire another firm., what a nightmare. Iam a retired firefighter and am an honest man, I do NOT recommend. Turns out Jay is the owner.

  • The team worked well together and completed the task within the allotted timeframe. They could have looked and acted a bit more professional. Foot wear was more appropriate for the beach and dangerous for the job to be performed. They seemed to be anxious to get the job done and less interested in satisfying the customer wanting to properly arrange items in the storage unit and in my opinion asked for the payment code prematurely. That made the difference between Great and Outstanding.

It worked out great. After booking I was sent an email and a text and I called Gi to verify date and time and what we needed to load. James and Jacob were awesome. They arrived at agreed upon time and called when they were on their way. They started working as soon as they arrived. They were very careful with our items. James took apart some furniture for us but also showed us what we needed to do to put it back together once it got to our new home. James knows how to pack a trailer and used every space available, we did not even need the whole trailer with the way he packed. • GandJ were great. They were on time and courteous. I hired them for 3 hours to unload and they completed the job in 1! They took care of all my stuff and were careful not to break anything. They know how to move large and heavy items. Thank you, GandJ!

  • Jay and his helper showed up at the set time...that's an amazing thing now a days. He serveyed the job and got to work. It's amazing how much work 2 guys could do in two hours. The truck was neatly loaded without an empty space to be found. They strapped the load to insure it wouldn't shift in trans

  • They showed up on time and communicated before they arrived. It was a hot day, and the crew went right to work and never complained. The truck was packed in a professional manner so there would not be shifting during the 1500 mile move. Highly recommend.
