  • Despite providing a specific arrival window, the movers arrived two hours late, which nearly conflicted with my U-Haul reservation. Furthermore, the high rate was not reflected in the quality of service. I was disappointed by the lack of care shown; items were handled carelessly, and I frequently had to intervene to prevent damage. I ended up moving my high-value items myself to ensure their safety. Overall, I am very disappointed by the lack of professionalism.

  • We were supposed to be moved between 12 and 4 PM. When nobody showed we called 3 different times and got 3 different answers. They finally showed up 2 hours late. When they got out of the car a STRONG smell of Marijuana rolled out with them and the car was a house away. I get MJ is legal now, and I've got no issue with that per-se BUT would you want movers who'd been drinking moving your stuff? Other than the above the move went fine.

  • The movers arrived and offered very little communication whatsoever. They were constantly on their phones, had to be directed to do any work whatsoever, responded with eye rolls, and refused to move certain items in the home as they were too heavy. Upon discussion of said heavy items, they offered to ‘work an arrangement’ that amounted to $500 for moving a two-piece sectional - more than the entire cost of the rest of the move. When offered $200, they rolled their eyes and said $500 again very rudely. They were clearly capable of moving the couch, but wanted to extort money out of us in a moment of need, which we did not allow. Not only was this the worst moving experience I’ve ever had, but I felt a complete lack of respect and indignation from the mover’s throughout the entire experience.

  • The movers arrived on time after we had issues with getting access to our moving truck. When they arrived we were told they wouldn't be able to lift anything over 250lbs without an extra charge or around $200 and claimed all of our items were over 250lbs. While moving our washer was scratched and dented. When was pointed out, the two movers did not seem to care. Please avoid these movers as they clearly do not have any moving experience.

  • Throughout the week I attempted to call the afternoon mover - they wouldn't take my calls, but I finally got a hold of them on Thursday July 7th. The mover agreed to show up at 2pm, today July 9th. At 1:55pm, I called the mover and they said they would be arriving 3 hours later. No advanced notice was given (I had to call). I called Move Help at 2:01p and spoke to a representative about the issue as well, who advised me to speak to the mover once they did show up and negotiate a cash deal if I still needed them. The mover showed up at 4:53pm, I had unloaded the entire truck except for a bed and a dresser. The mover was done in 10 minutes. I gave them cash and they left. They completely no showed me and I had to do all the work. I am listing this as a "no show" rather than a "cash deal" because I want it logged that they were so completely unprofessional and didn't do what was agreed upon. Worst experience ever, they have been horrible from A to Z.
