  • READ THIS BEFORE SELECTING ANY OTHER PROVIDER! Laterina is the best moving experience I’ve had that I can recall in decades. They were responsive. They were on time. On their own they adjusted team size for job. In. My case it was just 5 desks loading into a 10ft box truck. They completed the entire move, including unloading in an hour and 10 minutes. They were incredibly careful with a furniture, making sure to protect it at all times. The team was well coordinated and really know what they’re doing. In addition to this, they were actually very intelligent people we were able to think through any challenges they confronted along the way. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU PICK THIS MOVER BEFORE ANYONE ELSE!!! 10 stars out of 5!!

  • The crew was 1 hour late due to a prior customer, but they sent a 3rd helper free to compensate, which I appreciated. The first hour was great. They were professional, efficient, and packed the king bed and standard boxes with zero wasted space. However, once they got to the awkward items (including a garage gym), they started rushing and explicitly stated they were late for their next job. We finished in under 2 hours of my paid 3 hour window. Because they rushed, the last third of the truck had dead space. They gave up on fitting the rest, forcing me to rent a trailer for an extra $50. Furthermore, they cranked the ratchet straps on my Murphy bed way too hard, leaving deep indentations and severely bending the side pieces, and popped off a piece of trim. Moving from San Antonio to Austin made this manageable, but a cross country move would have been ruined. Hard workers, but time pressure compromised the quality. I'd work with again, but they wouldn't be my first choice.

  • move was fine - but I doubled up on reservations and canceled the second job - BUT the worker onsite took a photo of my phone (without my permission or my knowledge) and used BOTH payment codes to get paid - Since the job was all done before noon - the PM job being used was not authorized. Sneaky workers who seem to know how to do this - as they called me about my AM review 4 times to change it - then tell me I am hurting their family - even though I have told the truth - I did not intend for two orders - canceled one - as one was for AM and one for PM - but had to wait until when truck available - so told the worker I canceled the PM job - and then worker snuck a photo of my phone to get both codes and used it ,I am not sure what that is called, but it is not authorized, good business, or even warranted - they did not earn the money they took from me ,and did it in a way to be sneaky and act like it was my fault - I would avoid this provider as UHaul no help either ,I tip $40

  • Did a great job.

  • Somehow had a double order generated and canceled one - however, the provider used the payment code to secure payment for a job not performed - I was giving the payment code, and the worker (unknowingly to me) - took a photo of my phone to get the second code to use to get the second job - UHAUL was zero help in any refund and the provider stated they would refund but after 10 days - NOTHING - had to do a chargeback. I am pretty upset that after a smooth move, a shady worker takes a photo of my phone (without my knowledge) and then uses that code too to steal the money for a job they did not do - AND after telling them that I had canceled the job, as it was a duplicate. Because of this experience I am wary of using UHAUL services, as they were no help (even with the unwarranted ) acts done during my move - how can this be a good experience? and how can UHAUL not help? How can a company stand by any employee doing this? Chargeback and filed complaints with BBB and others.

  • I used Lastenia Movers when I moved to San Antonio. They did such a great job unloading when I moved in that I used them again when moving out. Samuel was there both time I used them, and he is awesome. I wasn’t able to help load the truck, so Samuel coordinated the who move out. He took pictures showing how the truck was loaded throughout the process to show that my belongings were packed well and the truck was packed to the top. If I were to move back to the area I would use Lastenia again. I would also request Samuel since he has proven to do a great job and he never stops working.

  • I recently used Moving Help for my move within the city and overall, I had a positive experience. Booking the movers was easy and the platform provided helpful information. The movers I hired, Lastenia, they were professional and efficient. They were very following my instructions. However, communication could have been better, and minor damage to my aprtment could have been avoided. They said they will pay for my lose. I haven't reached them yet for covering my expenses. I would recommend 'Lastenia' Moving Help to others.

  • My movers were extremely nice guys. Super friendly and respectful. But there were a few things that could have been better. 1. They called me right at the time we were to get started to let me know that they were running 20 minutes late. 2. They didn’t really speak English and my Spanish is bad so communication took more work on my part. 3. The loading part of the move took up almost 3 hours of the 4 hour block that I paid for so the unloading part came down to the wire. 4). While it was not the fault of the movers that a 20 ft truck did not fit all of my stuff in one trip, I really had expected that all my stuff in a 20 ft storage unit could be moved within a four hour block since my belongings were only being moved 1.5 miles away. That was not the case and I ended up having to move a second load of stuff all by myself.

  • All I can say is WOW!! We are a military family that has moved countless times over the years. We hired Lastenia Movers to help us. We thought for sure we would need the whole 5 hours because of past moves. Nope we cleared out a 10x30 very full storage unit in an hour and a half. Then went to our home and had everything unloaded in 2 hours. That was because I made everyone take a 20 min water break. Texas heat is brutal. Will definitely use them again if we move again. Hope this is the last move, but we shall see.

  • Movers themselves were great. A little late but no big deal, I assume they were just staying late to help another customer. But one reason I picked this company was because they did not advertise an extra charge for gun safes. The only extra charge was for pianos. They loaded my safe, I drove it to apartment, and thenwas advised there is a charge for the safe if I wanted it taken up to the apartment ($150). I even listed it on the job description when I hired the company and was told nothing. Again, the movers themselves were great, but hidden charges are a little sleazy in my opinion.

  • I cannot speak highly enough about Lastenia Movers and the two movers they sent to help me complete my local move. Thanks to the tremendous effort of Miguel and Johnson, we completed the move in less than the two hours I was allotted. Their asking price was extraordinarily low, so I made sure to tip them, as the quality of their work far exceed the expense I incurred. Courteous, professional, and hard working, the crew at Lastenia Movers is the clear choice for your moving needs. Thanks again, gentlemen!
