  • I had a great experience! I was especially grateful for their flexibility as we were moving into a new-build home and our closing date and move time changed more than once. Throughout the process, they were easy & extremely quick to reach by email, accommodating to our schedule, and always friendly and professional. The crew went above and beyond, especially when it came to getting our very large, deep sectional into the house. They were determined to make it work and even removed the front door from its hinges to get everything inside safely. Moving is stressful enough, but their communication, flexibility, and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience so much easier. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers.

  • I have been using U Haul moving for over 16 years. Never have I had to basically regulate the movers to loading just the simple boxes and bins out of fear they will damage my other furniture. Not good, and one of the worst experiences I’ve had with U Haul ever. I don’t know how they maintain a rating of 5 stars. I was embarrassed in front of my in laws. Avoid them.

  • This was a terrible experience. The two workers worked so slowly. Me and my friend did most of the work. They ran out the clock on the 4 hours I paid for and then had me pay them for two additionalhours on their personal Venmo (Lawrence Butcher) account. They used less than 10 of the 48 furniture blankets, so I had major damage to my wooden furniture. Can’t say this strongly enough- DO NOT USE THEM.

  • I had hired Clover mover due to their high ratings but unfortunately my experience was not good. There were multiple furniture items that were scratched and scuffed due to miss handling. They seemed to be in a rush. The glass in two pictures frames was broken. A metal rod in one of the furnitures was bent. My dressing table edge was damaged. They were rough with the furniture and hit the furniture against the sliding exit doors out of the storage. I have moved 5 houses in the last few years and this was the first time I have experienced such mishandling of furniture with the movers. Might be a one off since clover movers are highly rated, but that is why I cannot give them a higher ratings than 1 star.

  • This was the most frustrating moving help experience I have ever had. I have moved several times in the past few years and have never had this many issues. The lack of equipment should be disclosed prior to booking and they need to state that equipment is REQUIRED to be provided if that is the case. Additionally, the workers seemed to struggle to move my belongings due to difficulty and some of my items were damaged in the process. I chose this company since it had over 900 reviews and averaged 5 stars but this was absolutely not my experience. I think that the workers did the best they could with what they had but they were not trained in proper body mechanics to move things and thought they were going to be able to just drop everything in the living room and go. I am not happy with this experience and am frustrated that it cost so much for subpar service.

  • The two gentlemen who showed up to assist with our move were incredibly friendly and strategic with planning. Our home was a mess as one can expect from any typical move but they made us feel at ease throughout their time with us. Zero judgement. I mentioned a plan for loading and they did the work, showcasing their impressive and most professional take of Tetris into the moving truck. Professional dudes and would definitely recommend this company to anyone for their next move!

  • The guys were awesome. Professional, prompt, and quick. Once small incident did happen with a hose on my fridge getting pinch, but the guys pointed it out to me and took full ownership. Got it taken care of, no problem. Would hire again in the future.

  • After I made the reservation through Uhaul, the COMPANY (Clover Direct Moving) sent an email stating that the start time might be an hour earlier than I requested and that I would be responsible for that extra time if the movers showed up early. This attitude by Clover Direct Moving is unacceptable. I almost canceled the contract with them. Instead, I had to take an earlier flight to get the Dallas from Austin ( 5 am flight ). It is sad that the ratings here are on the COMPANY, not on the guys !!!!! The guys showed up on time and were FANTASTIC !!!! They were quick to understand what I needed, loaded the truck and gave some suggestions to ensure the items traveled without any damage. Both of these men were efficient and professional loading the truck and ensuring everything with smooth. THESE MEN DESERVE 6 stars !!!! So sad the COMPANY sends such disturbing emails to customers.

  • Do not use. 2 guys showed up at latest time possible, sat in car for 15 min. Nice guys, but lead guy does not know how to pack a truck. The other one who was not lead knows his job & hustled but lead did not listen to him. If my son & myself had not started helping get stuff out to garage & loaded they would have been hours behind. We paid so we did not have to do anything, that was not the case, we should have done it ourselves. At least everything would have made it undamaged. Have filed a Safemove claim for stuff that was damaged due to their inability to pack a truck.

They treated our belongings like if they were their own. Very friendly and very hard working. I have to admit I didn't expect things to go as easy as they did. You just can't find help like this in our world today. These men went way beyond just helping us move our things, they made sure we were good with everything and happy about our move. Too bad the rest of the world can't be like the men from Clover Moving, it would be a better place to live. Thank you so much for making moving an enjoyable experience.

  • 1st let me starts by saying Clover direct had no available spots for when I booked. When I explained to the Clover I was doing on my own & my asthma flared up something horrific (they could hear I wasnt breathing well) they asked to get back to me shortly and put together a team that could come help at the time needed, this alone made me feel like more than a job or a dollar, I am so grateful. The team provided to me were Top Notch, I had 2 stops, they unexpectedly loaded & unloaded 1st load of boxes within 45min, which left us an hour to complete another stop & they rocked it out. I was so pleased with their get to it work ethic. My move was mostly boxes & a few items that were to awkward for a box. The relief this team left me with of being done with my move minus cleaning was so absolutely needed in this timing and the gratefulness I felt, undiscribable. Thank you so very much Clover Direct Moving, Lawrence Butcher & team mate, I will book with you all again, tipped them directly!

  • They came on time and communication was great.. Just not very into moving. By the time they had showed up to my storage unit, I had already had 3 carts worth of stuff sitting outside the truck waiting to be packed in the truck.. I ended up doing most of the unloading my storage except for the heavy things and by the time we got to the apartment which was maybe 10 min away.. They had unloaded the majority of the heavy stuff. Couch, 1 dresser table and two TV. Then I was told my time was up and they left. I'm irritated at the fact that I had the same amount of stuff when I moved out of my previous apt 2 weeks prior and was loaded and u loaded in 2 hours and I lived on the 3rd floor at that time.. the only difference here is that I went from storage to a 1st fl apt. Needless to say I ended up moving most of it myself. Really nice guys just didn't seem like they wanted to work.
