  • Would have liked to have known upfront pricing before paying online. The online quote was for 4 hours, but then I was called and was told the quote was only for 2 hours of work. And the other 2 hours were regular price. I feel that’s something that can easily be fixed online, but is somewhat deceptive. After you pay online, of course it was easier to just pay the remaining amount then asking for a refund and going to another mover.

  • The pair of movers were polite, respectful, and worked hard packing the 26 foot truck in two hours with the help of myself and a friend. They would be great for a cross town move. They didn't know how to use a ratchet strap. So I was concerned about movement in my two hundred mile trip. I wound up repacking the final third of the truck after they left, using straps and better placement (in case of settling) of the oddly shaped items. I created enough space to add things I thought I'd have to move another way. I'm glad I hired them. It was stressful to have a three hour arrival window instead of a set time. When you are moving across the state the same day, starting at nine is very different from noon.

  • Trevor and Michael were fantastic! I booked on pretty short notice, and they were able to accommodate me without a problem. They showed up on time and absolutely exceeded my expectations. Extremely careful with everything, loaded the truck properly and securely. At the same time, they worked quickly and efficiently and didn’t waste any time. Both guys were super friendly and professional... like having a couple of college buddies come over to help you move except these guys actually knew what they were doing, didn’t disappear for 30-minute breaks, and never once complained about how heavy something was. Great experience from start to finish. Theu made what could have been a stressful moving day incredibly easy. I would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable moving help!

  • There were a few issues with my move. The gentleman who unloaded my things, They did a pretty good job. They were kind and courteous, treated my things with respect, were efficient, served us well, and sought to make up for the issue presented before us. One of the issues (which I have had with MH companies a few times) was that I booked a 3-man crew, but initially they arrived with only 2 people. They offered the option of having two men complete the job over a longer time for the same price. I wasn't feeling that, bc I was on a schedule, and there was already an issue with the expected arrival time. They started with 2 guys for probably the first hour, then brought 2 others to finish it on time or faster. Aside from that, I think there was miscommunication about the arrival time vs. the arrival window. They have many policies on how they do things and what they do not do. Unfortunately, that information is shared only after booking. But overall, I was satisfied; we had good guys!

  • Chase, Rudy, and Brent were AMAZING! I messaged at 3am for an emergency move int he morning. Brent got back to me within an hour and facilitated Chase and Rudy to come between 7am to 10am. Not only did they arrive at 7am, they knocked out in one hour what would’ve taken me 6 by myself, saving me from an unneeded extension and helping a family who reserved the truck. And on top of all that, I got a refund due to their speed. I wish there was more than 5 stars, cause they definitely deserve it.

  • Team showed up early, with only two guys even though I paid for 3 movers. I was happy to see two guys who had helped me before. They insured me that they would stay 3 hours. I had a 26 ft truck, with the biggest item being a potted plant and a queen mattress and box spring, and a lot of boxes. The movers worked, but very slow. They worked 3 hours and unloaded two-thirds of the truck. They wanted to charge me $369 for two additional hours. I said no. My wife and I unloaded the rest of the truck in about 30 minutes. I'm so disappointed in the work this time around. It took two guys about two and half hours to load the truck. It seems like it should've taken less time to unload since they were just taking 90 percent of the stuff to the garage on the first level. I still tipped them $60 each, but will not be using this company again.

  • Chase and Rudy was the best movers . They’re very they were very quick when they got here. They got right into work. This assembled the stuff that I was struggling with didn’t complain that they were moving things on the second floor even though a good dose made the move very comfortable. • The guy organizing was great. He was accommodating of changes in the date no problem. The two guys who showed up, however, may have never moved something before. No idea how to properly lift, placed sharp corners down and drug and scratched floors, bumped into walls. I had to direct them the entire time. I had them move the 4 heavy items and then had them leave. Helped for less than an hour because they were so bad I just did the not heavy stuff myself. Also, they were terrible communicators (the guys who showed up, not the coordinator. Again the coordinator was great)

  • I’ll admit while they begged me to give a 5 star review, I could not in good conscience do so given the experience I had and the condition my things arrived in once I arrived in phoenix. For one, the communication was last minute. 24 hours in advance means more than 24 hours, not the day before. They could have let me know that I needed to provide tie downs and straps knowing this was a multi state move. The movers arrived reeking of marijuana and were unprepared for a 4 bedroom house move. They did not have dollies and I called to address this with the owner. They did not pack the uhaul right. This was documented by the movers in Phoenix who were concerned this was not done by a professional moving company. Finally when we came to the end there were a few boxes still needing to be packed and when I asked what it would be to get it done they said they didn’t think it would be worth it given that they charge minimum 2 hours and time and a half. All in all I feel like this was subpar.

  • The movers were an hour later than the window that was given. I had to contact movers to ask when and if they were still coming before hearing about the delay. I've moved twice with two of my tv sets and haven't had any problems but the movers put it next to the couch and the clip that connects the couches gouged both of my televisions and broke them. But other than the broken televisions and the delay, the movers were helpful and quick.

They showed up on time, communicated clearly, and immediately got to work with a positive, professional attitude. They handled everything with great care, were incredibly efficient, and worked seamlessly as a team. Heavy furniture, tight spaces, and fragile items were no problem - they clearly know what they’re doing and take pride in their work. On top of that, they were friendly, respectful, and made what is usually a stressful move feel smooth and easy. If you’re looking for reliable, hardworking movers in Seattle, I highly recommend Young Buck Movers - and especially Eric and Nikolas. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

  • I cannot recommend Young Buck movers enough. Chase and Carlos were amazing. They loaded our entire 20ft U-Haul in 2 hours on the dot. They were efficient and packed it so well - had I done it myself I would have only been able to get half the amount in there and it would have taken me 8 hours. We just wanted help loading our truck. I had everything ready before they got there. Everything was packed, boxed, rooms empty, and furniture disassembled (that needed to be). This was key for it getting done so fast. I’ve already told all my friends and family that this was the best $250 I’ve ever spent! Thank you Chase and Carlos!!

  • We had excellent service from Young Buck Movers, which we arranged conveniently through the U-Haul app. They readily accommodated our preferred date-time window, even though we set this up only two days ahead of time. Our two moving assistants showed up promptly, and moved items from three different levels of the house, efficiently and with reasonable care. They also stowed items efficiently in the truck, using pads where needed, leaving plenty of space for us to secure the load and add our miscellaneous loose items. The price was reasonable compared to other companies. I would not hesitate to recommend or hire them again.

They put me in touch with Young Buck Movers who were available the next day. They picked up my Uhaul Box from Uhaul and brought it straight to me. The movers were extremely helpful and considerate, taking good care of every item. They even helped arrange a few heavy items in my home once brought in. Extremely helpful and affordable. This was such an easy and painless process. I only wish that they could be there when we arrive at our new city, they were that wonderful and easy to work with. They called before they arrived, called when they got here, and checked with us before they left just to see if we had anything left for them to load up. I'd hire them again in an instant! They finished early (because I overestimated how long to book them), but I want you guys to keep the change and consider that your tip, we won't be trying to get the cost difference back with U-Haul because we would have tipped, anyway. Thank you. I'm recently disabled, and this pack out would not have happened without you!

  • Very friendly, very efficient, great communication. The one overall comment I would make would be to be more mindful of furniture and fragile things. For instance, taking drawers out of dressers so that they don't slide around and potentially break their runners (which is exactly what happened.) The movers were overzealous about doing things so quickly that they didn't take out drawers. The rail had snapped because taking it down the stairs the drawers had been sliding in and out because they didn't take the time to remove them in the first place. On the same note, the treatment of boxes marked fragile and do not crush items. They're marked that way for a reason. Tossing around boxes in an effort to make things quick isn't how a good mover does things. I have generations old china and your movers treated it like it was a replaceable $15 set from Walmart, even though it was marked as Fragile and Do Not Crush. Outside of consideration for the fragility of property, they were great.

  • We originally booked another mover, (Hilltop Sasquatch) to unload our U-haul upon arrival. We booked early, about one week before the move date. On the day of the move about two hours before the truck was set to arrive and we needed the movers to unload, Josh from Hilltop Sasquatch called and said his guys did't want to work the evening job and he didn't have anyone to help us! We were devastated and very upset by the situation Josh put us in. (By the way there is not any way I figured out to leave a low rating for a company that refused to work the job they booked.) Anyway I looked up a similarly priced company and enter our hero, YOUNG BUCK MOVERS! Bryant said not to worry that he would find guys to step in and help us. It did cost more to move for last minute, same day booking. He arranged two guys that showed up on time and got the job done! THANK YOU to YOUNG BUCK MOVERS. BTW - NEVER, book Hilltop Sasquatch Movers as they are NOT reliable, attitude was basically so sad, too bad!!

  • This was the worse moving experience I've had! They showed up an hour late to the 2 hour window timeframe that I was given. Then once his guys showed up, one had an injured foot & leg and the other one was really old. The two movers were extremely slow and very unprofessional, complaining to me about the owner and how he doesn't pay them enough to do this work. Then after them being there, for about 1 hour, they decided they were going to leave and be done with my job and I was to wait for the owner to come back and assist with the move. Then once I got moved, and had to pay about $750.00 more than what I originally paid - I had a broken entertainment stand, a broken ottoman, and holes ripped down the backside of my recliners. The owner lied about making sure the items were in the correct rooms and just dumped stuff in the garage. I asked the owner what can be done about all the damage and his response was that's about a $20.00 fix on Amazon. HORRIBLE COMPANY - DO NOT USE!!

  • I was asked to provide a 2 hour window for the movers to show up. 10am to 12pm, which I've never had to do before when hiring movers. Then, they arrived an hour and a half past the window they agreed to. I was told the movers would call me when they were on their way. I never received a call. The two guys who came to help were very nice, but there was zero communication that they would be late. I texted the dispatch number around 11.30am and got no response. After 12pm, I called and was told that the movers would be an hour late. They arrived at 1.20pm and I was left scrambling to get my moving truck back to U-Haul in time to not be charged for having the truck overnight. Because they didn't show up on time, I had to leave items behind that I now have to go back and get on another day. Had I known they would be late, I could have made a trip with some smaller items before they arrived but I was sitting around waiting with no communication. Great dudes but not a great experience.

  • First, I applaud the movers for doing an excellent job getting everything loaded. While, they did leave a few dings and scratches on walls, and did not report it, I don't think this was deliberate as most of the furniture was heavy; a fore-warning was provided in advance of the move. However, the communication was problematic. Multiple managers were calling us and this made it confusing when it came time to provide the payment code and request an additional hour. The additional hour was because the movers added the bulkhead on the semi and tried to load the remaining furniture outside the bulkhead; not understanding that all furniture must be loaded before the bulkhead. This required them to unload about 8’ feet of furniture, remove the bulkhead, and reload it. Due to the multiple managers, I request an additional hour with one, who approved it. However, the movers were communicating with another manager who was unaware, and this created confusion. There is more but I'm out of room.

We agreed upon 0730 and they showed up around 0645 which didn’t allow me to take my children to school in a timely manner. While I am very grateful for the help, I was disappointed with there being a few items heavily scratched and one broken. I really appreciate the man (older of the two) going out of his way to interact with my son and answer his questions. He also was very respectful with taking shoes off on carpets and helped assemble my couch and put cushions on. Even with the few negatives I’ve encountered I would still hire again as I know they will get the job done effectively and timely.

After telling us the job was done I went to our lobby to find items that were brought to their destination. This was after having their manager coach them. This was a disappointing experience.

  • The two men who helped us (so sorry did not catch their names but they were recently immigrated from Afghanistan) were so very very kind and helpful. They were also fantastically quick! They got the job done well under the original estimate. They were clean and so very careful with our items, they were very sweet and were laughing a lot together, it was a wonderful environment and having their help moving was exactly what we needed. Thank you so much guys! 10 outta 10 would 100 percent rebook with them next time we need moving services.

  • Very very pleased with pre-communications & w Young Buck Movers overall. A minor issue cuz the 2 guys arrived 30 min late, but they did a good job once they were there & worked fast. Tiny issue w the Movers’ clear communications & following instructions due to moderate language barrier but w supervision they did great. Would definitely use again & highly recommend.

  • The movers were polite and respectful. Towards the end of the job, the tall guy was frustrated when I asked him to take things upstairs. He will utter under his breath and sigh. I was even helping and my son kept sit down. My box was label yet I found a heavy box of dishes in the upstairs bathroom. I couldn't enjoy sleep because they did not put all my plugs back on the bed. I asked.what he did with the remote for my bed, that was on my night stand and he said in a frustrated manner and walked out the house. Put my bed where they wanted to. It worked out. I will use the company again. But not that tall guy. The smaller guy was excellent and did most. Melanie. Good company. I liked the owner worked with me when I went over hours.
