  • The two young men who handled my move today were outstanding - thoughtful, considerate, and completely professional from start to finish. I had far more items than I'd planned for, and I honestly wasn't sure it would all fit. They stayed calm, rearranged everything with real skill, and made it work. You can tell they genuinely care about doing the job right and treating your belongings with respect. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and I'm confident you'll be very satisfied too.

  • Aaron and Jordan were exactly what you want in hired movers; Friendly, Professional, Collaborative, Communicative, Polite, Proactive, and Careful. I've lived in SoCal for over 18 years, and Ive moved about 12 times. Ive hired movers about 7 times, and none of them were great. Even the best experiences Ive had were still lacking, as every moving company I hire sends a team that are poor communicators or don't follow directions, and that sucks because they always jam all your stuff together so you cant access any of it. Never had a 5 star experience until now. I could not ask for more. Im thrilled with the job they did, and the next time I have moving needs in the area, this is the only company Im calling. I would absolutely recommend So-Cal Lifters, specifically Aaron and Jordan. (apologies if I misspelled your name, A)

  • Leesean, Malakai, and Jason did an outstanding job with my move. They were professional, courteous, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. They worked efficiently while taking great care of my belongings and made sure everything was handled properly. Their teamwork, positive attitudes, and attention to detail made the move go smoothly and helped make the experience much less stressful. I truly appreciate their hard work and excellent service.   • Moving help had a mechanical issue and had to cancel....U-Haul immediately reached and found a new crew withing a few minutes, and they arrived early afternoon to save the day!

  • What a day and night difference! The first movers we used 2 days before were excellent and knew what they doing. They organized and filled the container with no space wasted. This two men crew have no idea how to put stuff in the container. Quarter in the moved, I saw them leave so much space unfilled and I told them as the way they were doing it won’t be able to load everything in the container. One of them kept arguing with me that will fit. Sure enough about half way through I told him look they were so much stuff left and there is no way it gonna fit. He still wants to do his way. I had to tell them unloaded some of stuff and prioritize what I needed the most in first and actually had to do organize and move some boxes myself. At the end even every single space were filled, I still couldn’t fit everything into the container. The bottom line is these two movers are really inexperienced and really don’t know what they doing. Worse is his attribute.

  • Prior to the move, we clearly informed the dispatcher that we had heavy items, specifically a refrigerator, and that our residence involved multiple flights of stairs. Despite this, only two young movers were sent, and they were clearly unprepared for the scope of the job. As a result, we had to assist in carrying the majority of our items which defeats the purpose of hiring a professional moving service. Additionally, during the move our refrigerator and other large items were scratched and dented. Several walls were hit and damaged, requiring us to patch and repaint them after the move. On the positive side, the young movers were both respectful and was on time.

  • The team was great and they took good care of everything when loading the truck. They also did a great job making sure everything was loaded securely to minimize movement during transit.

  • Overall, job got done. Some talking points are below. 1. Communication - I wasn’t contacted by the company to coordinate details for the move, I had to reach out. Even then, it felt as if the job either got overlooked or got resourced last minute, even though the order was made four days prior to the job. Also, it seemed details for the job weren’t communicated well to the movers when they arrived. Not a huge deal for this move, but could be in future moves with larger loads. 2. Military moves - I understand the additional requirements when moving onto a military base. It seemed like the Company had very limited manpower to allocate to military moves such as Fort Irwin, which potentially could’ve caused a significant delay in service (today that didn’t happen, but decent potential for that situation to happen). 3. The move itself went well. Movers were very professional, respectful, and efficient in getting the job done.

  • These guys are the absolute truth!!!! My biggest worry about this move was moving my bar and piano, and these guys moved those items like moving a piece of paper from one desk to the next! I’m very impressed with these guys work ethic, I highly recommend!

  • So-Cal lifters were thorough and professional. They got the move done with neatness and accuracy. They were punctual. In fact they beat me to the facility where my things were stored. My things were unorganized and dusty but without hesitation they got the job done in record time. The young men were courteous and seasoned professionals. Hopefully I will never have to move again but if I did I would definitely hire this company again and would recommend them to my family and friends without hesitation. Quick, efficient, professional and thorough that’s how I would describe their overall performance! I was very pleased. And would give them a 10 star review if there was such a thing. In short great work young men keep up the good work!

  • Awesome service. We had a guy and girl, they were amazing. Moved everything quickly and safely. Very polite and respectful throughout the move. We had them move a small 1 bedroom apartment furniture down stairs into a trailer. We booked them for 2 hours, they moved all the stuff we wanted in less than the two hours with 15 minutes to spare. Highly recommend. Great service. Will definitely use them again in the future.

  • These guys are amazing! They handled some of the most difficult furniture I've ever had the unfortunate pleasure of owning and having on the second floor.. They did amazing, even though it was just the two of them. They were late arriving to my home, but only because the job before mine didn't alert them to a few larger appliances to move. PLEASE TELL THEM IF THEY NEED A DOLLY. Anything larger than a standard refrigerator is NOT JUST A TWO MAN JOB. Either way, they came ready and professionally. I would recommend them every single time if you need a move!

  • Showed up an hour late than our agreed upon time and dropped several items. Also did not use the rope I provided for the uhaul and didn’t carefully pack my items inside so everything shifted during the drive and some boxes were completely smashed due to the way they put things inside.

  • So-Cal Lifters did a great job. Super-friendly and professional. They contacted me the day before to schedule the services, and then they contacted me the day of to adjust the time. They completed the loading in about an hour. Maybe one or two things could have been handled better--one small glass object was broken--but for me that's within the acceptable loss range of a move.

  • These guys were phenomenal. Would. Highly recommend, they were on time and worked their butt's off the entire time and didn't have any problems when we needed them to say longer. They handled all of our belongs with care and respect and we're a joy to work with. I will definitely be using them again. He couldn’t come when I needed so he called and asked if it was ok to come a little later instead of just canceling like others have done to me. I agreed. He even called when he was close to ensure me that he was almost here. When they arrived they started immediately and they never lallygagged around. They moved swiftly and efficiently. They are great workers. I will hire again.

  • This was an amazing experience from start to finish. Great communication. Super polite. Professional. Flexible. I needed to move a storage unit with my father in law and requested 1 helper. You know how it goes, you think you have everything in square boxes but come moving day it’s all triangles and loose octagons. Our helper was Avon and I highly recommend him. He was polite, friendly, and patient. He stuck it out with us until the end to get the job done with no complaints, even if we kept him longer than expected. I will be using them the next time I move.
