There was a time limitation for the use of the dock but they performed fast and completed the job in time. We are happy with their work and would hire them again.

  • TW Moving was wonderful for our recent truck unloading. Communication with them was great with quick responses and being able to talk to a real person easily as well as emailing or texting uodates back and forth. The day before our booking, it looked like it would be heavy rain for the next day’s unload time so I emailed if they’d want to come before that. They were able to send a crew who was waiting for us as soon as we got into town with our truck. It was 6pm and they had already worked all day but they got to work on carrying all our things up three flights of stairs to the new apartment. Then they helped put the beds and furniture together. The easy communication gave me a lot of confidence in the process and the helpful crew was a blessing.

  • Loading help for 1 bedroom apartment took two hours. The couch and queen mattress were the last items to go in. They needed to make room for the couch so the mattress had to lay on top of the load. At the destination during unloading we realized some fragile, artwork boxes indicating 'up' were layed flat. They also stacked heavy boxes on a tv console that should not have held that much weight. Luckily nothing was broken. We think the largest items including the mattress and couch should have gone in first, but we left the loading to them thinking they knew how to position things. The heavy mattress should not have been on top of everything but rather vertically along a wall. We also left a tub to go in last because it had paperwork we needed at the destination. Somehow when they rearranged the load to fit the couch and mattress they moved this tub so it was inaccessable. They also tried to move an expensive desk without padding on the hand truck and I intervened to add some.

  • I had Jacob and Andy help me move. We had some issues with the addresses - no fault of their own. They were amazing. They were so kind, hard-working, and careful movers. The showed the most respect for my belongings and treated the furniture as if it was their own. They both assisted with loading and unloading my U-Haul and was extremely patient and gentle with my items. I could have not asked for better movers. Thank you both!

  • This was a very poor loading job by the 2 workers hired from TW Moving. The load was loose, and when I expressed my concerns about that, the one worker told me he had 15 yrs experience and knew what he was doing. Well, that proved to be wrong, because after we arrived at our new house and opened the truck we saw that the load had tilted inward. 5 pcs of furniture had sustained damage, chunks of wood gouged out, 1 upholstered chair with a rope burn from the small diameter rope they used to secure the load. Unfortunately, I didn't buy the extra insurance to protect myself from this type of incompetance. We hired unloading help from a different company at our destination, and these 2 workers were excellent. They were shocked at how the truck was loaded, and pointed out several pcs of furniture that were not shrink wrapped or covered with padding. They also said, the heavy furniture should have been loaded in front and secured, not at the end of the truck.

  • Terrible service. When I opened the door on the truck the guy with dark hair said that is a lot of stuff. We might not finish on time. I reminded him I paid for 4 hours, not 2. Again he said still, that is a lot of stuff. He complained the whole time. Seems to me maybe he should find other work. The other helper didn’t complain once. I think I should get some kind of refund due to the lame service rendered. I will be telling everyone I know to stay away from TW if they are moving. I recently had open heart surgery and didn’t complain as I helped too.

  • I had a morning move. The start time was to be 0900-0930 for a sharp 2 hour load. The team arrived approximately 0945. Although I was concerned to meet my window, they kicked in and executed flawlessly and kept me in my original window. Stuff happens and the best laid plans don’t always execute as expected. What matters is what do you do when things are not where you wanted them to be. These guys nailed it! Hands down some of the best I have worked with.

They were polite, efficient and exceeded expectations by a mile. My stuff was heavy and went up 3 floors of narrow stairs. Heavy heavy stuff. I can’t say enough good things about these guys. Moving? You want Bill and Dylan. No bouncing your stuff off walls. They tied everything down in the back of the truck before moving to the next stop. It’s never been easier for me to give a 5 star review. The person I spoke to on the phone was also very polite and made it easy to understand the process and made me feel confident the help would be there when I needed them. TW Moving was great.   • We booked 2 movers for 6 hours but realized that we needed 3 movers for 6 hours. We called the boss and he said it would be no problem adding the third mover. However, when it was arrival time, I received a call from the original 2 guys saying that they beat on the third guys door and called him numerous times but he didn't answer. Therefore, we would only get the 2 movers for 6 hours. The boss assured us he would get a third mover out asap and would come to help with the move himself if he had to. He apologized and said he would give me a discount. He told me when I booked them, that I could add additional hours if need be. The two guys were courteous and hard workers and did manage to fill a 26' truck and unload it in 6 hours. However, we still had things left at the house included big items we could not fit in our car. The movers refused to add additional hours. I had to rent a truck the next day and move things which is a cost we shouldn't have had to incur. We never got a discount

This Job entailed packing up my house which included a significant amount of crystal, glass and ceramics. They handled each item carefully, wrapped them so as to be protected and packaged them into the boxes with appropriate packing materials. They got about halfway through the packing after the 6 hours I contracted for. This was not them running the clock it was what I expected. when care was required. Communication before the move was excellent and they showed up on time when they said they would. They expertly packed the U-Haul to only make one trip. They went above and beyond - they not only loaded my furniture and boxes, they carried my couch down 11 flights of stairs without a complaint, dealt with my elevator breaking WHILE THEY WERE INSIDE, helped when the uhaul truck died, and FIXED furniture I was moving and had previously thought to be beyond saving, all because they didn’t want to ruin my stuff. Not only that but they were incredibly kind and funny people, goofing while they worked but not stopping working while we chatted. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

  • Tim and Andy were incredible! They showed up on time, moved 45+ HEAVY boxes and 2 queen beds, washer and dryer within an hour. They had fantastic attitudes and had a good sense of humor. It was blazing hot outside and they did not take a single break until they were done. The entire team had great communication, we were contacted by Jack mutiple times to confirm our reservation and if we needed to readjust times before the move. On the day of, they gave us a call to let us know exactly when they were gonna get there. Tim even helped me back the Penske out of my driveway after they finished moving everything! My mom and I had our reservations about hiring movers but if every company were as great as TW Moving we’d easily book everytime we move! We are very satisfied with the service received.

I knew it was a good sign when they both showed up unplanned wearing pink which matched all of my decor. They were extremely unbelievably swift, did not waste any time, arrived in the window they stated, were communicative and so, so kind and thoughtful. Truly wonderful personalities and obvious they cared about what they were doing. They checked in often, asked me multiple times if they could do anything else, took my heavy trash out for me. Dylan helped me unmount my TV. Devon treated my cats like I treat my cats and took not letting them get outside very seriously. I have never seen a UHaul loaded & secured so tactfully and I’ve moved 16x with room to spare. Zero complaints. Would hire 100x over!

  • I cannot say enough positive things about the moving crew! They were absolutely fantastic. The two movers were incredibly efficient, loading and unloading our belongings with ease. They even placed our requested items curbside as we asked. This was a fairly large move, but they navigated our apartment with impressive skill. We initially booked three hours but ended up needing an extra four, and it was completely worth it. Their hard work, professionalism, and courtesy were outstanding. They even took great care of our cars during the move. I'm extremely impressed with their service!

But after showing up late, taking the long way on the drive between locations, and then leaving an hour early, we got about 3.5 hours of work for the 5 hours we paid for. Also, they ripped 2 holes in our mattress and caused minor damage to a couple other pieces of furniture.

  • This was our 2nd large move to another city and our first time hiring help. If you are considering hiring help, do it! It made the biggest difference! Devin and Jeff did a fantastic job unloading our U-Haul! We had booked them for 3 hours for our 1400sqft home, everything was unloaded within that timeframe. They both were very careful with everything, being very cautious not to hit or scuff walls. We needed to remove a door during the move and then guys helped remove and reinstall the door. Devin and Jeff made this move go so smoothly!! We will be return customers when we move again in a few years. Thanks guys!!
