We needed last minute help and booked them same day. They called immediately and set up a time to meet us. They guys that came out were awesome and fast (even in 108 degree heat). We only moved some of our stuff, we will be booking them again in a couple weeks for the rest of the move.

Terrible movers, turned over one tool chest, dropped gun safe twice almost broke one guys arm in the process, just tossed stuff into the truck, didn’t use the moving blankets I provided, chose someone else if you value your belongings.

Terrible service, they were on time however it went downhill from there. I paid for four packages of blankets but apparently they didn’t think they needed them. Two cedar chests scratched, one cedar chest leg broken, one library table scratched, one tv stand scratched, one love seat stained, one bookcase scratched, probably the worst movers i’ve ever had. If you value your belongings you’ll use someone else.

The movers were polite, respectful and did a great job moving everything carefully and handling items with care. I also made a mistake on the date I scheduled the service for and they were able to change it to be the same day and it was highly appreciated!!

I confirmed my appointment time on Monday, 9/9 and on Tuesday, 9/10. I called them and sent a text message on 9/11 asking for their ETA. I received no response from them.

Good workers and it was really hot out. The communication was great. One box broke (our fault due to a broken box) and books went all over on the ground. They asked fo the code before helping me with the books

They did great work. Only thing was I wished they had straps as the tv stand got scratched up from being so heavy. Everything else went awesome.

The guys that loaded and unloaded were amazing! I would gladly hire them again for any future moves. They were on time, very professional and friendly, and moved the whole time. They were definitely lifesavers, and I wish I had hired them sooner.

There were issues right from the get go when the crew had no idea how to install the truck ramp. I had to show them a video. The ramp did not seat flat on the truck bed due to it being damaged. So they were limited to what they could unload. However, for the second day in a row they did not complete the job & demanded the payment code. The trailer measured 28 feet & in 2 days they removed 2 feet of my household and poorly packed a 10’x10’ storage unit that had to be condensed the next day. I was forced to hire another moving company. Some blame falls on the ABF truck driver parking too close to pylons so the doors couldn’t open all the way & dropping off a damaged ramp. I believe they took advantage of the situation to force me to pay them when they never completed the job!

Crew of 2 ( however clearly only one was doing the majority of the work while the other was taking his time). Necessitated an extra hour over. Lazier worker had no attention to detail. Would not use again

Two young men showed up ready for work. They looked at what they had to move and wasted no time playing Tetris loading. I was quoted 5 hours by other moving companies; they did it in a little over 2 hours.

The job date was rescheduled from 5-10 to 5-13, but wasn’t able to unload until 5-13. There was a huge issue with the trailer being parked at the first Public Storage facility on Speedway facility. So my household goods could not be unloaded. The crew was extremely patient & their supervisor sent them to another job. The crew that arrived a few minutes late the next day at a new storage facility spent 15 minutes on the phone with their supervisor before working a total of 45 minutes. The ABF driver parked the trailer too close to 2 pylons protecting a fire hydrant so the trailer doors weren’t able to open all the way & the ramp could not be put in place. They explained that only light items could be removed because they couldn’t use the ramp to unload heavier items. Only about 1 foot of a 28 ft trailer was unloaded. They didn’t conserve space in the 10 ft by 10 ft storage unit. After an hour they stopped working & demanded the payoff code & the job was not completed.

These movers scheduled to move me at 7am on Saturday. The movers said they overbooked themselves and were five (5) hours late. Once they arrived and loaded one UBox, it took them two (2) hours to arrive with the second box - even though the UHaul location was only 15 min away from my home. Once they came with the second box, with a different group of movers than before, they damaged my dresser and dismantled my bed frame after specifically instructing them not too. When I called the manager asking for ETA - I was forwarded to voicemail 15 times. I have left voicemails and heard nothing back from the management. Will not recommend this company again.

The 2 man crew picked up our reserved UBox at the store and delivered it to load on time. They were professional and friendly. One slight drawback was they had no tools. We wanted to disassemble a bed frame the tools we had on hand didn’t work. We put it in the box assembled. Not ideal but it fit. I would hire them again.

These guys were amazing. Came in and got right to work. Did everything very carefully and packed up the truck nice and tight. Unloaded the truck in a snap and put everything where I asked. Literally the perfect experience. Zero complaints.

The We Do Moving Rite team was friendly, easy to communicate with, and super helpful. We booked with less than 24 hrs notice, but they had a crew ready and eager to help. Reece and Roman were on time, polite, fast, and careful with our stuff. We appreciated how respectful and open to instructions they were, plus being positive and communicative. A great team! They got our truck unloaded easily and were a delight. Would definitely hire again! Thanks guys!
