  • I am SO glad I chose Move and Groove. I had a fantastic experience working with this moving company to get my belongings out of storage, and I couldn't recommend them more highly! They handled the entire process seamlessly. From picking up my U-Boxes, loading everything up efficiently, and getting them prepped and sent off for shipping without a single hitch. I had some incredibly heavy, awkward items, including a full sauna, an antique oak desk, several large rugs, and dining sets. The crew handled all the heavy lifting with total care and professionalism. A special shoutout to Catherine, whose communication was stellar throughout the entire project. She kept me updated every step of the way, answered all my questions promptly, and made what could have been a very stressful move feel completely effortless. If you need reliable, hard-working movers who deliver top-tier customer service, look no further!

  • We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Move and Groove in Boulder helping move my son out of a very chaotic apartment into a Penske truck. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, efficient, and remarkably positive, even though we were not well prepared and had far more disorganization than expected. They quickly assessed the situation, helped us prioritize what to tackle first, and then just got to work, carefully packing, organizing, and loading the truck so everything fit safely and securely. They handled heavy items, awkward furniture, and general clutter with patience and good humor, and never once made us feel rushed or judged for the mess. What really stood out was how far above and beyond they went, problem-solving on the fly, offering helpful suggestions, and checking in to be sure we were comfortable with everything. This could have been a miserable day, but they turned it into a smooth, almost enjoyable experience.

  • They did not speak English & it was very hard to communicate. They worked very hard the first 3 hours. Then slacked off & disappeared a lot during the 4th hour. We kept asking each other where they were. We observed them on their phones A LOT! Laughing & having conversations & watching videos. Then they went over by an hour, which we were charged for! The office manager called & said they were going on 2 hours & she was going to have to charge us; I looked up the contract & our Ring camera, which showed arrival time & I told her they were only 45 minutes over. She also wanted to charge us for blankets and straps, which we provided ourselves. We ended up only paying for 1 hr extra, but we should not have had to if they were actually working & doing their job diligently instead of messing around on their phones & receiving phone calls. Also, they LEFT THEIR TRASH ALL OVER OUR HOUSE!!! Every room had a trash can, yet we found food & bvrg trash all over the place. Even outside!

Daniel and his friend cleared out a 16' POD and got everything in on 3-levels in no time. When I say fast, I mean really fast and thorough. They fit in way more than I could when I used a Ubox a few years ago, and worked very efficiently. They also made a pitstop at Walmart to purchase a queen mattress protector for me since I had missed out on it when I was packing my stuff. Before leaving with the ubox, they offered to throw any items they couldn't fit in the box in the garbage dump, saving me a lot of time to do it manually. Would definitely recommend them for your move!

  • Move and Groove made my move to Denver so easy!! They were able to schedule based on me being unsure about the time of the U-Box delivery, and after my workday. And on top of that they were lovely people! Would highly highly recommend booking with Move and Groove.

  • I could not have asked for nicer people to help me with the moving process. Doug and Catherine graciously accepted my last-minute booking and showed up with positive energy that helped me feel less stressed about the process. They were very professional and did great work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing help with their move!

  • This was the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. The company sent a group of inexperienced movers, none of whom spoke English, to handle a 3,000 square foot home. They placed dining room furniture in the backyard, couldn’t distinguish between the master bedroom and the basement, and required constant supervision throughout the process. Eventually, a second crew had to be called in. To make matters worse, the coordinator on the phone began yelling at both me and the team over a mistake that was clearly hers.

There were some hiccups caused by miscommunication with Doug and ordering the wrong number of hours but were resolved quickly. Unfortunately the quality of the movers that were sent to help seemed like they were not regular to the job. They seemed to struggle with items and efficiency. • Hired 2 one showed up on time. He wanted to start and refused to communicate with me re when his helper was and would show up. Was pretty rude. He became angry that I would not let him start alone . Tried to guilt trip me . Said he had made a special effort to move other jobs around for me etc etc. Excuse me dude, but MAN up and take responsibility and apologize for the other employee rather of tripping on your client. Wow. However, that said these guys were good — The GOOD ; they were FAST and they didn’t break ANYTHING I have never had such GREAT service once they started. Plus, they were nice guys once the lead guy got over being mad at me. lol His assistant was also excellent . I would hire them again for sure!

  • Catherine and Doug were PHENOMENAL. They really went above and beyond to move us out of our old place, load the UHaul and help get us set up in our new apartment. Their communication was great, their moving skills top-notch, and it really just felt like hanging out with friends and getting stuff done. After the move went so seamlessly, we also had them come over to help put a few items together. They did 2 beds, 4 bedside tables, and mounted 3 TVs for us! Doug also saw an item I couldn't quite figure out how to finish building and completed that for me while he put his shoes on to go! They are just the best. My husband and I keep recommending this team to anyone we know may even be considering moving over the next few years.
